Brilliant experience, shirts arrived promptly and were great gifts! One was a bit small (underanticipated the size of the child!) but Matty and the rest of the team were amazing at getting this sorted for me. Thanks so much

Great concept! We have ordered quite a few boxes now and love the excitement of not knowing what you will get. The measure of a good company is how they deal with an issue. We received a shirt that was too small and they exchanged it for us no problem. The communication was great and I would highly recommend!

Really pleased with the shirts my son got…he is delighted with the choice and was wearing the first one on the day he got them. Matty was very helpful and I would recommend using this company. My son who is 14 really enjoyed the suspense and excitement of opening the boxes…which teenagers don’t always show!!!

My son received a gift of a mystery box shirt for Christmas and was delighted. Minor issue with the shirt (size, not BOXD's fault!) was resolved quickly and easily. Great interaction with Matty - such friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service fast delivery, I had to do an exchange and they were more than happy to help as soon as I showed proof of postage they sent a replacement out straight away .I had great communication from Matty .

Superb customer service. I ordered for Christmas and hadn't realised I could select no Premier League teams so we received 3 Premier league team tops that my daughter doesn't support so wouldn't wear. Contacted customer service who arranged an exchange straight away. All sorted within a few days. Special mention to Matty who handled our issue brilliantly.

Fantastic customer service.They certainly go above and beyond ,I messed up my order they sorted it out with no drama even replaced the shirt that came which was probably my fault too.

My soon received a mystery box from Mystery Boxd for his birthday. The shirt was too small so I returned. I have to say the customer service was brilliant. Responsive and easy, my son was delighted with the bigger shirt. An excellent business model, we will be a new customer !

I recently used Mystery BOXD for the first time and it definitely won’t be the last time! The football shirt was of high quality, the price was amazing, delivery was swift and communication with seller was excellent. My son loved the mystery element of it and was highly delighted with the shirt. The company also have a great ethos of saving items going to landfill. The Mystery box was a brilliant gift for my 14 year old grandson. He really appreciated all the items. Unfortunately, one top was too small for him. Exchanging it was so easy, and the new top he received was amazing - even better than the first one! The customer services team had checked back to see the information I had given them when first ordering, and they made a very generous swap which was perfect! My grandson was thrilled with it. Thank you so much. Your customer service is excellent!

Such a great business with 5* customer service! We have previously ordered from Mystery Boxd for our son and did so again as it one of the first items added to his Christmas list for 2025, we ordered him the shirt and jacket combo box - our son was over the moon when he opened it! Sadly, the shirt was a bit small so I emailed Matty and straight away he reassured us that they would send a replacement to ensure our son had a top to fit. We posted the original top back and have already received the replacement - our son loves it! Have already recommended to family and friends as I'm sure they will love it as much as we do :)

What a great idea for a gift. Mystery Box arrived swiftly. As this was for our grandson we are exchanging for a different club and a larger size. Matty is very helpful with prompt replies to my emails. Very happy with the service provided.

ordered a mystery shirt for my Son-in-law and requsted a couple of shirts he "WOULD NOT" Like and guess what he recieved? yes one i said not too! when he opened it we where gutted!! for him, at 1st corrispondance was good but was then told it will be escalated and have heard nothing since 28-12-25
no replys to emails, nothing! have now contacted credit card company.
WOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This was my first time ordering from BOXD. The process was very straightforward however I ordered the wrong thing🤦🏼‍♀️
I returned the shirt as instructed on the website and was dealt with pretty much straight away. The correspondence was great over email and generously, BOXD are now sending the correct item.

Ordered for my son boxing day he used hes own christmas money and it has not arrived and no communication with seller I have been emailing them but no reply avoid

Great business! My original order arrived quickly. Unfortunately my son already has the top, so I emailed to request and exchange and was shocked at how quickly I got a response. Very helpful and accommodating! New shirt is on its way, excluding out a few other teams that I had asked if they could.

I wasn't happy with my initial purchase but I must emphasise that the customer service was top class and my issue was dealt with very swiftly and professionally. If only every online company was as efficient with issues as this one is! Will definitely use this company again in future,

I have massively changed this review! After being disappointed with this companies initial customer service, they have completely redeemed themselves, sorted the exchange of my son’s shirt. He’s really happy with the new shirt!
