Used them few times, standard is now so bad they'll not be receiving any further business.

Got an awful Indian kit, looked fake, returned at my expense, not received a replacement or contact from CS to organise, 3 weeks and counting, will have cost me close to £50, may as well just pick one at random myself.

I ordered two tops for my sons birthday in January, he had a growth spurt so the smalls did not fit, Mystery Kit kindly said they would accept a return and I could exchange for two medium ones, they confirmed my return but only sent one top back, I have been emailing for months but I have literally been ghosted! No response, no top, no return of the money! I have chased them again today, but very doubtful I will hear. I would hate for another children to be disappointed.

This company are terrible, I have emailed them over 15 times and had no replies apart from the initial contact to return a top for another size. They now have my money and the goods. I have a really upset son. Do not use this company, disgraceful customer service.

This company should not be trading. Ordered my grandson one for Christmas it was damaged and couldn't get it over his head. Emailed a number of times. Response was they would give exchange if Ipaid to send it back and also paid for replacement. Under consumer rights it was down to company to replace free of charge. Again numerous emails. NO RESPONSE. Do not buy from this company

I understand there’s a lot of negative review surrounding this brand but honestly, my experience was great. Bottom mystery kit a few weeks back kind of forgot about the purchase then saw it. Arrive at my doorstep. Got super excited ended up getting a really cool kit from a Moroccan team and fit great. So no bad experience at all loved what I got.

Fake! and not very good quality and a rip off for the price they are charging! Stay away unless you want to burn your money

If I could leave less than one star I would. BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Bought a boys football shirt for Christmas. It arrived and was too large. Requested a return and finally got an answer nearly a month later. Asked to return at our own expense and advised that the order would refunded, together with the return postage. A month later and despite multiple emails and social media posts nothing. Trading Standards need to shut down this company as soon as possible. You’ve been warned.

This company is a scam. Don't give them any business. I was sent an out of date and fake shirt from several years ago. They told me to send it back, which I did, but have had neither a refund nor a replacement shirt. They are a scam - shop elsewhere.

Reading these reviews, it looks like I’ve been had. Ordered shirt for my son for Xmas - cheap, poor quality Cameroon shirt with a neck so small he couldn’t get his head through. Got one response to my email requesting a replacement and then all went quiet when I’ve chased ever since. A complete con.

Ordered shirt in July 2025 - never arrived and from tracking through Evri shows it was never dispatched.

Emailed dozens of times and attempted numerous times to contact through socials with zero reply to either.

Ordered top for sons Christmas in December 2025. It was faulty. Numerous emails sent and customer service to request refund is shocking. Took nearly a month to get an address just to send it back. You pay postage when ordering, postage to send back and then if you want a replacement you have to pay postage again.

Do not buy from here. Total scam. I thought I was ordering from a company I’d used before but there are so many I got it wrong! Neck hole too small, I’ve been emailing back and forth and now they are ignoring me. Was a Christmas present so unfortunately my son has missed out. Anyway, do not use this company, there are plenty of good ones selling mystery kits.

Trading standards or better still, the police need to investigate this corrupt company. I too had the misfortune of ordering an adult medium sized shirt which arrived with a head hole so small it wouldn’t fit a new born baby. Absolutely no response from the company following many requests for a replacement. This is clearly a known issue yet the company continues to sell them so be warned. Chances are you will have the same experience so avoid at all costs. The company is owned by HAMID ESAM BADI. I will soon be asking him face to face why he continues to scam innocent people.

Ordered a kit for Christmas and it came but the neck was so tight my son could not get his head in. Returned it which I had to pay for and now I am getting no response. I have been chasing for a month. I have now raised a dispute with my bank.

I ordered a shirt through this company and it did not arrive.
Despite trying to contact them several times I have not received a response in over a month. There is no phone number on their website.

I was sent a shirt that was on the list of shirts that I said not to send. They wouldn’t change it for me unless I paid invoice for postage for return and then postage for a new shirt to be sent out despite it being their mistake. Just getting the same generic response from customer service over and over again.

3 orders all the same shirt, nothing mystery about that! One very disappointed child who spent his own money on receiving the same shirt.
Will not be purchasing again
