Mystery Boxd レビュー

What a fantastic company and service from Mystery BOXD.

I have ordered two kids ultimate football bundles and one adult bundle. The items were fantastic in every box and the customer service is second to none.

An exceptional business with a fantastic approach to sustainability.

My son and I will definitely be purchasing more from Mystery BOXD!

This is the second time I have used Mystery Boxd for my nephews birthday present and both times they have been fantastic,
I had a problem with a missing item from my second order but this was resolved quickly by Anita 👏
I have bought from other mystery box companies before and this is by far the best
I can’t recommend this this small company enough,
Keep up the good work guys

Really quick and friendly response when enquiring about a return and exchange. Couldn’t be more helpful. Great customer service!

Despite a few issues initially, the customer service was impeccable and Anita really went out her way to make sure I was completely happy with the product we received. A very good business to deal with, with some great products!

Super service to arrange a last minute delivery in time for a birthday. My son loved his shirt and football, we will definitely order again.

Great service! Kind and responsive team behind the product. My boys loved their football shirts. Great birthday presents for 12 year old football fans. Will definitely use again for gifts. Lovely quality.

Had an issue with size so emailed and we're very prompt to reply and solved issue very quickly..very happy with replacement sent and customer service

Fantastic really happy with this company’s communication after I made a mistake on my order. Very rare to get such a speedy and helpful response. Really looking forward to receiving the retro shirt for my sons 12th birthday

Quick and really good shirts, will be ordering again.

Shirt was received within the timescale provided. It was a shirt for an Irish team called Kerry. The shirt itself is a good fit for the size ordered and my son loves it!

Really happy with this purchase and what a great business idea. My son go AC Milan and we’re now booked on a trip to go see the stadium with the mystery strip as inspiration! Will be buying again

Ordered a mystery box for my son, I made an error in sizing and this was sorted for me extremely quickly and a new shirt received within a few days. Communication was super quick. Would definitely recommend

Stumbled across this website & ordered for my 8 year old grandson, arrived quickly, great packaging. Grandson was so excited & over the moon with his shirt. Would definitely recommend not just for children but adults too. A great experience.

Excellent company to deal with. Fast delivery and boxes always have great products and in line with my requests. I’ve ordered a few times now and never been disappointed.

Fantastic service and item as always. This is the 6th or 7th time I’ve ordered items for gifts and they’ve never disappointed!

Great business, great idea, quick delivery, listens to requests and good price.

I ordered a shirt , training top and 4 football programmes. Great price and delivery was tracked and I was updated throughout. My son is happy with all of the items , particularly one of the local teams programmes as he is actually in the programme when he was a toddler over 20 years ago !
Would recommend this company

After receiving a shirt that my son already had, I emailed to do an exchange. Anita asked what shirts my son had got so that they could make sure we'd get something different. I sent my tracking number for return and my new shirt arrived the next day. Fast delivery and great service.

Great service from team Boxd!
Fast and effective responses to emails as well a supportive response to my query. Such a great company and great items 👍

This company is atrocious.

Ordered 2 shirts. They came. We were pleased with them but they didn't fit so asked if we could exchange them for exactly the same shirt but next the size up.

The response I got said absolutely no problem. They had both shirts in stock the next size up. The new shirts arrived. I went from a purple shirt to a long sleeved yellow goalkeeper shirt. Then I went from a green shirt to an orange shirt. I'm not sure how they managed to think those shirts were the same.

There is absolutely nothing on their website or on their socials that indicates you could receive a long sleeved goalkeeper shirt. Every single video and photo posted is short sleeved.

They then blamed it on a new member of staff called Alex. This company need to stop using AI to reply to emails. They clearly do not know how to use AI and have done nothing but mess me about.

0% chance I'll be using or recommending this company to anyone.
