Was genuinely impressed by the speediness of the delivery & quality. Bought for a Father's Day gift - and the whole process was seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality gift/a fun surprise!

Thanks

Excellent quality tops, quick delivery and top class custome service, I recommend to everyone that asks about my sons football tops.

Royal Mail originally miss placed my order Matt from customer service sorted this out and the shirt arrived one very happy boy will be ordering again

Great service! I ordered an incorrect sized shirt for my son so returned it and they didn't even charge for the extra cost of the bigger size. Thanks very much!

Really quick delivery, great quality

I wouldn’t bother. Ordered a men’s football shirt and was sent a long sleeve goalkeeper shirt. Complained and the company agreed to replace it. Received the next box and again was sent a long sleeved goalkeeper shirt. Complained and the company agreed to send me another shirt without asking for the other one back, which was good service to be fair.
However the third shirt was received and this time although it was a short sleeve shirt it was short sleeve goalkeeper shirt for a team from the Thai second division worth all of about £15. Have now given up on this company as it’s not value for money.

I’ve been using a different mystery kit company for a while now and with each request got pretty basic shirts. Which random but still not what we asked for (bright and received black).

I found Boxd and saw discounts thought, this is worth a try. I put in a request for no UK teams and bright coloured. The shirt was great, bright blue and patterned (I can’t remember which team but my partner loved by it). He loves bright random shirts that are unusual and not common so this was an absolute win.
I also saw they did mystery shorts and these were also a huge hit. For the price of shirts and shorts you can’t go wrong! Although I got them for a birthday present and now need to order more mystery shorts because he was so happy at these I can’t not!

Thank you mystery boxd for actually paying attention to the request, the quick shipping (ordered Thursday evening, here by Saturday) and 10/10 service. Will be using more often than I want to admit

I asked for no Uk or African nations shirts and if possible to have a ligue 1 or serie A shirt and was blown away with the gear I got sent for my son’s birthday present. We went for the 5 items kids package and we will definitely be BACK to start his new football adventures

They resolved an issue. Great customer service. And brilliant items. Well chuffed with what I recieved.

I ordered the mystery box with 5 items for my son and it came within 2/3 days. I opened it and we received a shirt he already had, I emailed Matty to ask if it was possible to exchange and within a few hours a new shirt had been sent! I have heard of other companies doing the same thing but given my amazing experience with this company I will not go anywhere else! Thank you again Matty

could ask for eny more they are a great seller. If i could put a 10000/10 i would thank you so much

I've used similar companies for mystery shirts and have never been disappointed, got top shirts like Marseille, RB Liebzig and Bilbao. Looking at their social media you're thinking you'd receive top end jerseys. Unfortunately, my experience was not like that, I received two bright orange Goa jerseys (you can see them on their "pack an order with us as there are loads below the jersey they usually pick). Customer service was good in responding and exchanging but again got a Goa shirt back and a bright yellow goalie top. Final exchange was dirty and not worth the time to exchange. I've accepted defeat with the money paid and the lack of product delivered.Won't be using again will stick to other suppliers in future.

Ordered a mystery shirt from here and it came really quick, the quality was really good! I had to contact customer service for an exchange as I needed a bigger size. Their customer service was amazing, really quick and helpful responses! Shout out to Matty for helping me through the exchange and getting back to me unbelievably quick. Will definitely be re ordering from there and I highly recommend!

Amazing service from Matty who exchanged a shirt in super quick time with no quibbles (original size had come up small). Top quality shirt, top quality service. My boy was over the moon. Thank you! Will be ordering again very soon!

Great company , easy to deal with and would highly recommend.

Absolutely top level service, prompt and helpful responses and accommodated my 9year olds demands without hesitation
Thanks Matty
