It's quite simple. Ex high-street means that all of the items we stock have either been cancelled by chain-stores or have been sold on by the manufacturer, due to being overstock/surplus, thus no longer being sold on the high-streets. All of our items are brand new and in perfect condition. We do not stock returns or damaged goods. To comply with UK re-sale law, tags have been removed and labels snipped. This is done to ensure items purchased at a discounted rate are not returned to the store for a full refund. Authentic Guarantee. Just what I wanted

I happened upon mystery store because I needed some petticoats and was unable to order online from M&S. What a great find. I ended up with 2 petticoats for the price of 1 from M& S. Very speedy delivery. Will certainly use Mystery Store again

Buyers beware

Buyers beware , I bought 2 T shirts on eBay but only received 1 . Emailed 3 times no response . Even asked if they refunded the missing T-shirt, I would keep the other one to save them on return postage still
no response. So frustrating will definitely not be using this company again!
This company has now stated this not a genuine review about the company. Well they would say that wouldn’t they . It is a totally honest review .

More problems with Mystery store

Ordered online directly from the Mystery store; received the jumper in the wrong colour. Sent 4 emails, tried the chat twice but no communications at all. I like to give someone the benefit of doubt so before I risked the jumpers being sold out, I ordered the right colour via their shop on eBay (under the name Bargaindeals2012-uklimited) as I felt that was a bit safer but this time the parcel did not arrive. After prompting, I finally got an email and before long a refund plus a brave request to leave positive feedback. Reading now how many people did not receive their goods, I no longer think this outfit (a one man band I think) deserves the benefit of my doubt.
