Excellent condition, good communication

My experience just got worse. Reskinned lied about my order being cancelled!!. They recalled it after dispatch out of spite most likely due to my first complaint. Days after placing an order again for the same jeans in question- I had a notification that my order was dispatched. I then got a message they were unable to fulfil my order- exacerbated with the situation- wanted to give up with the nightmare I have had with this seller. Today I get notification my order was delivered- I looked around my property and no delivery. The order had been dispatched and the tracking states they recalled it- so the order was in stock and why did they recall it. Because I had an active complaint and they wanted to be spiteful. I would like this escalated and the screenshots of my tracking explained as to why you cancelled my order after it was dispatched. I want a real explanation publically- and I want accountability. None of this ‘sorry we have let you down’ I want a PROPER explanation for why you cancelled it and said you wouldn’t fulfil it after it was dispatched. I am still waiting on 2 refunds- nearly a month later!!! I would like evidence these have been processed immediately, I will be looking up at companies house who to email and escalate this further. Please mark this as a formal complaint and I expect this to be taken with the seriousness it deserves. I will continue to leave reviews of my experience on other sites as well! I would like the jeans please - for the 4th time! Or my money REFUNDED! This company is beyond unprofessional- they take your money and cancel the order. Avoid like the plague!!!

excellent idea, well laid out website, recommended

I love the concept and operation of Reskinned. The website is clean; the labelling is simple and seems honest; pricing attractive; while the purchase-delivery process, and as I have seen, return-process straightforward.

I used Reskinned a couple of times in the past to recycle clothing which went ok. I also bought a couple of things - again it was ok. Unfortunately they have changed couriers from Evri to Yodel and have obviously decided that they don't want business from anyone living in the Highlands any more. There is no suitable drop off available anywhere nearby any more (only one place in the whole of the vast Highland region area which appears to be a garage in a village 30 miles away from the main city) which seems inexplicable as the courier company in question delivers here quite happily and also has drop off lockers which other companies seem to manage to use successfully so I'm not sure why Reskinned can't. I raised the issue by email in March and they said it was because of the change in couriers and they'd get back to me. They didn't. I raised it again in the summer and pointed out that their chosen couriers now had lots of drop off lockers and they said the person who had been dealing with my query had left so he wasn't aware there was anything outstanding and would discuss with Yodel/InPost. I've still not heard back. Our city has numerous post offices and supermarkets/shops that take returns for other companies as well as lots of drop off lockers so I guess it must be a deliberate decision not to use any of them. I'll not be bothering with Reskinned any more and would suggest that others check whether there are suitable drop off locations before wasting your time filling in the online forms.

Thank you for replying, I suppose, but what you’ve said is exactly the same as you said in March and again in August.
You’ve also missed the point. I don’t live in a rural location. I live in a city as I already explained.
I also explained that other retailers use Yodel/InPost drop off points in this city with no apparent difficulty so I was hoping that you’d explain why your company can’t do the same.
You say my feedback is ‘genuinely helpful' but I gave you this feedback 6 months ago and absolutely nothing has been done so the only possible conclusion is that you simply don’t care.

Ordered for the second time and both my experiences were positive. I like that fact that you can get branded items for a fraction of their original price, in a reliably good condition. Selection is of course limited , but worth looking out for new drops.
