This company is GOLD! I decided on a whim to take on writing my story and have spent the last year working hard to accomplish it. It’s been hard, harder than I thought it would be, as I sifted through the good and the bad, the joyful and the despairing, and the many ways I was forced to grow in between it all. It was good for me. I understand at a deeper level why certain things happened and why others acted as they did and I am at peace now about so much of it. This is an amazing company. The program is easy to follow and, if I have a complaint, it’s that human interaction sadly isn’t very forthcoming. I texted a few times and received rather vague replies so just figured things out on my own. Overall I LOVE the book. I wrote it for me and I’m not sure I’ll share it with many, but I’m already planning another one based on my husband’s life as I know he’ll never write it himself!

It was fabulous. I simply made the time to sit down and then let the memories flow onto the page.
It was extremely satisfying and has been a joy for the whole family.

My book arrived damaged, but MyStories have replaced it. They responded quickly to resolve this situation. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company. Their customer service is excellent.

MyStories offered me a unique opportunity to leave a written testament for my children and grandchildren of my life and times, presented in a durable and handsome format - a hardcover book. The weekly suggested questions provided a helpful 'jumping-off point' for my thoughts and allowed me to organize and prioritize my life story and the lessons I've learned along the way. This process was as meaningful to me as I hope it will be to those I leave the book to. It is something I would likely not have done on my own, certainly not as successfully as this and my gratitude is enormous to MyStory for making it possible. When I received my books (I had ordered extra copies) some were damaged and MyStories responded with good customer service and replaced them immediately. A great experience, from start to finish.

The questions made possible the Creation of memorable thoughts. The Opportunity to express creative memories. Engaging in the 52 week process I’ve purposefully produced something that will be a Love legacy, to my family.

A great experience! The process was easy and actually fun! It took hardly any time to receive the book after submitting it. I chose to prepare my book within a short time instead of it being drawn out, which worked quite well. I'm very glad I chose to do this, it's a way to document my history for my family.

It was a very rewarding experience and a great way to evaluate my life.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our family has produced two books using storyworth. Both worked beautifully. Both included several photos which were well reproduced.

With MYSTORIES
1. We cannot get the system to accept the photo for the cover. We have tried several times with three different photos.

2. Customer service is only available by email- no chat, no telephone communication. Wr receive only a scripted email response to our request for help. The scripted response does not address our issue,

3, we contacted the parent company, My heritage for telephone customer service but we cannot access any assistance because our account screen does not display an account number which is necessary to advance. Once again, no human interaction is available to resolve the problem.

It was a great experience creating my memoirs with MyStories. The end product was amazingly better than expected. Seeing my thoughts captured in print is a great experience.

Before Even started, the Company already do a very nice Job. They Show Goodwill in solving Problems and it feels nice to be with for the next year working out together a book :)

My family book turned out fabulous!! I distributed them to family members and authors in Europe and they were very impressed with the quality of the paper and book binding. The continued support from my many questions were always answered promptly and efficiently. I plan on writing more books and will use the mystories platform again!!

At 85/years old, I like that Į can go back in and make corrections or add to the story. On my iPad, I can take a photo of my photo, tap on the page where I want it to go, tap on photo, which takes me to my library , tap on my photo and pronto, it is on the page. My son taught me how to crop photos so I can get 2 photos on a page, using the corners to decrease a photo. This is not about me but about our family, which will be welcomed by nieces,nephews,kids,grandkids,etc.

I loved the opportunity to reminisce about my life and the weekly prompts made it easy to focus on specific aspects.
The question gallery is very comprehensive and helpful covering huge variety of topics.
I cannot praise enough the efficiency and the promptness of the technical support throughout the process.
I am delighted with the print quality and the speed of delivery.
In short - it’s a fantastic service!
Maybe only one thing to improve - found the use of images a little restrictive. I would have liked more flexibility with photo collage on the pages.

The whole concept of writing my "life story" - aided by question prompts - is really great. The scope is also excellent with the option of adding photos and other media. I also appreciate the facility of being able to keep going back and editing. What I have suggested is a means of indicating that a question is completed and doesn't need any further editing or additions, as I find that (mostly) I am only able to work on this project in an irregular manner, and it can be quite time-consuming to have to check if I actually have completed each topic. Overall, I am thrilled to be involved in MyStories, and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in investing in a priceless gift to their offspring and descendants.

At this stage, I am still editing my stories and adding photos, but I am thoroughly enjoying recalling my history. Quite a wonderful experience. I can't wait to see my book. A really good present

The company sent me a receipt and one email, and I never heard frome them again. I was charges full price despite using a 25% off coupon. My mom was never able to access her gift subscription. I reached out for help but never received a reply.

I am very pleased with both the service and the finished product I received from MyStories. My queries were answered promptly, the book arrived in good time, and I was delighted by the quality.
