We have a dedicated Tech & Sales Team, to answer all questions promptly, and as we are located on the same site as Varilight Headquarters, have a direct line to all the departments at Varilight. We receive 3 orders from Varilight daily, so we can maximise on how much we can dispatch each day, and this is delivered to us on foot (and trolley!) to greatly reduce Carbon Footprints. Bespoke products are available on request, please email us if you require this. Any products that are out of stock, are assembled daily for us, so we can make sure orders placed before Midday on weekdays are despatched the same day. In addition to Varilight we also offer accessories we feel are needed, such as, Downlights, LEDs and Wall Boxes. Also in the Family of Products, are our Wood Ranges, these may take a little longer to send as they are hand made, but are made consciously and in respect with the FSC Association. Good range and prompt delivery
Good range of dimmer modules at prices that are as good as anywhere but with better postage rates, and it was delivered promptly. However, did not come with instruction leaflet as was the case when I recently bought the same item from another supplier. This is significant since it was a programmable dimmer. Not a problem for me - I've still got the instructions - but a first time purchaser might have been a bit in the dark (or more likely in the flickering light!!)

Really good support when not fully sure about which product would be best for my needs. Will definitely show here again.
