I organised transfer from London St. Pancras to Brighton for a group of 18 people (trains were on strike). The quote and confirmation met the service provided. Thanks to the name, number and photo of the head driver we were able to ensure we got the right taxis. Thanks for your service.

This is the second time we have used mytaxe, both time we have had really good service. Both vehicles were ideal for what we needed. Both drivers were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely use you again.

Had to organise a taxi at relatively short notice from LHR to Essex, after my flight destinstation changed from LCY to LHR.
Mytaxe were very helpful in assisting me.
All communication was via whatsapp and email (I was mid flight using wifi)
The driver's details were provided.
Flight landed early. Driver came early also.
Driver was very friendly. Vehicle was spotless and spacious.
I paid a deposit online to Mytaxe (which I assume is their fee), as I paid the driver cash for the fare, which was in line to with what I would normally pay for that trip.
So Overall, very smooth and car and driver were excellent.
The "deposit" means I paid a little more than normal, but still cheaper than a black cab or Uber and I was very happy to pay.

Waleed made the trip to Manchester easy. Punctual, polite and helpful. Overall makes the long journey a good experience.

I requested a quote for a taxi to an airport in August, which I received via email for the right date. I hadn't accepted the offer (nor will I now) and yet a taxi turned up at the door 20 minutes after the emailed quote. Crazy.

Booked and paid through the online booking service. The taxi came as planned - however the taxi company had not been paid in advance, and I needed to pay again. So I’ve now double paid

The taxi company that came were called in the morning by someone saying they were me booking a cab, there was no automated booking with my payment. So they’ve taken my money, then called a cab for me separately and organised as pay in the cab.

AMEX will deal with the fraud, but do not use

All taxis came on time and they were very helpful.

They were quick to accommodate our needs and match us to the right transport. Great communication all through and the driver was very helpful too.

1ere expérience, avec un départ très tôt, j'étais un peu stressée d'avoir fait la réservation par internet via une compagnie que je ne connaissais pas, mais tout s'est bien passé. Le contact par WhatsApp est rassurant et la communication facile. Le chauffeur avait 10 minutes de retard mais il m'avait prévenu et comme nous avions prévu une marge suffisante pour l'aéroport nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Seul bémol, ne pas pouvoir payer le solde par carte, surtout pour les non britanniques qui ne souhaitent pas s'encombrer d'une monnaie qui n'a d'utilité qu'en Angleterre.

I booked the taxi in advance and paid the full fare, as per one of the options available. That was my first mistake.

I then looked at some reviews and came across one where they said they paid in advance and were then asked to pay again by the cab driver, which they did and didn't recieve a refund! Mytaxe didn't reply to this, despite replying to other bad reviews on the same platform. Alarm bells start ringing.

I then contacted my taxe to check that payment had been received and that I wouldn't be asked to pay again when in the taxi, which they confirmed was the case.

The taxi arrived on time and took us home, but when we arrived, we were asked to pay again. I said I'd already paid and the cab driver said he would check with his boss, who he called immediately.

We then found out that the cab company had only received a call that evening to book the cab, they did not have an account with my taxe and assumed they would be picking up the same customer who had called from a local number to make the booking.

I explained that I was not going to pay twice for the same journey and was told that if that was the case, the driver would either return us to the collection location or call the police.

I called my taxe and asked what was going on, they clearly are not a reputable firm and I wanted to a refund immediately, so I could pay the actual company who did collect me. After a short time of me essentially saying I was going to report them for fraud and speak to the police now, as that was essentially my only option. The man from my taxe advised that he would look into a refund and call me back in a couple of minutes.

After a while of speaking to the driver and his boss, we realised what a scam this company is. The boss of the company advised that they were previously working with my taxe but they failed to pay their invoices and had to take them to a small claims court to get their money back.

I then checked my email and received an email to confirm that they would refund the fare. However, that wasn't good enough for me, what is an email going to do, I'd still be out of pocket.

Thankfully I paid on paypal and when I called my taxe back, they advised that they had processed the refund but it would take 2-3 working days for the refund to hit my account! I advised that, that was not good enough and that I needed proof that the refund had been processed. Eventually I received an email from paypal with the refund details, but it took a lot of effort and time for this to happen.

I would not touch this company ever again and would urge you to do the same, they can't be trusted.
