I ordered this necklace bc I m a cat. ….lover and I own nine of them - alive - but when I received the this beautiful piece of art I was charmed by those blue eyes and I felt I had to adopt it too. So I put it at my neck and all the people I meet just can t take their eyes off it. It is delicate and sparkling with measure, just as a cat must be,All the features of this little face reflect one of the most lovable pet which is in itself a jewelry : the cat! And those blue eyes, I expect, one day will blink and my tenth cat will bear the name Thaya !

The item looked bigger in the picture. Delivery took almost a month and when it arrived and I gave it to the birthday girl it was broken. I’m not pleased

So very pleased with my cat necklace that I ordered. It is so so pretty. It arrived very neatly packaged in a box that also included a free gift.

For the price and not having heard of Thaya before I didn’t expect much. I also didn’t think I’d see my earrings for a few weeks as I actually hadn’t a clue where they were coming from but recently everything I buy is from China and takes ages.

Imagine my suprise when they arrived today delivered in a box not an envelope. Inside, my earrings were beautifully packaged in a presentation box. The earring are amazing and don’t look or feel cheap and they arrived with a cleaning cloth so I can keep them looking beautiful.

Very impressed and am lining up my next purchases, the problem is that there are too many to choose from !

I never received the item. You insist that it was delivered to me. I have asked for proof of delivery 3 times but you have refused to provide it. I do not like being accused of dishonesty. Why do you not believe me? Where is the proof of delivery? I am a pensioner and cannot afford to waste money on stuff I do not get. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!

Im missing a necklace and i haven't heard from them for 4 days now!!!
