Incredible value, some WD references rivals in quality & finishing swiss watches costing thousands !

Very good communication with support in case anything goes wrong upon arrival (I had a DOA watch delivered to me, and they refunded me immediately). It's also a brand genuinely invested in its community, with frequent Q&As on forums to figure out what to release next.

Also tax free delivery to Europe which is fantastic. Again a completely hassle free experience. Will shop there again.

Watchdives will not repair a watch less than a year old. They make excuses and ignore emails. Beware.

Everything went well until I noticed the clasp was flawed. Watchdives was very concerned and responsive. They offered me three options... Returning the watch, Sending updated parts or receiving a healthy credit voucher at their store. The customer service person was very kind and eager to help me.I ended up taking the discount voucher and repurchasing essentially the same watch. Watchdives have taken their trade to a higher level. They are now a top tier Chinese brand that offers the coolest and best quality watches in the $60-$130 range. Above $130 they are highly competitive with the best of them. I own four Watchdives watches and I am afraid I may be getting more. A+++

Their watches are very well made. Excellent build quality for the price we are paying and they are always coming up with interesting new models.
They consider their customer's feedback seriously, put so much effort towards the overall product and buying experience.
Customer support is remarkably great.
As a customer, they check all the boxes of my expectation list from a brand.

Edit - WatchDives offered me a replacement and paid for the shipping fee after the defective watch was shipped to a US warehouse instead of China.

Getting a hold of their customer service was difficult. I am not sure if this was because this whole experience was closer to the Chinese New Year, and they were slammed with orders. Overall a really frustrating experience and have learned my lesson. Would have been easier if I ordered from AliExpress and got PayPal involved for the claim.

Received their so-called top-of-the-line WD007 Titanium watch on the 2nd of Feb 2026, which was ordered directly from their official website.

The minute hand was connected to the pinion and dangling like a pendulum. This was either due to poor QC checks before shipping or happened during transit, and I am betting on the former. Eitherway this was their problem to fix.

Contacted customer service, who offered me $20 reimbusrment to get the watch fixed locally or $30 to ship it back to them, and I will only receive the $30 once they receive it. Leaving me to deal with everything that could go wrong from me shipping it till they receive it, such as insurance, loss during transit, more damage to the watch during transit and potential import taxes once they receive it.

The cost to get it fixed locally is $50, and the cost of shipping and the risk to me is more than what they can compensate. They are refusing to send me a pre-paid shipping label or a replacement prior to me shipping the product back.

The lack of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue of one of their TOP OF THE LINE products, which I received defective, is astounding.

I have made a Reddit post on their official site with a video of the floppy minute hand with the title "First WatchDive and a bad experience." They are yet to respond.

I have bought 2 watches from them. There designs aren't original, if you think it is because they are niche. The are good for the money and feel good to wear. When I was removing a pin it broke inside the otf clasp and couldn't use it but they sent me another one to replace it. Would diffently consider buying another one.

I absolutely love what this company has done for the watch community. They engage with their customers on their designs and put that engagement to use. This has to be my favorite watch brand as every watch has been a home run for me. Their customer service is top notch!

Just bought a wd1969b from them with adjustable clasp, excellent watch, good communication and fast post. Will buy again.

I am very pleased with my first purchase from Watchdives.com. After seeing many good reviews about the watches they supply I placed an order during a Black Friday sale for a watch that was on my wish list. The watch was delivered in 9 days which I consider good especially as it was over a BF sale period. The courier used was Evri and I was kept informed of each stage of the watches journey from China to UK.
The watch itself was exceptionally well packaged and was even better quality than I was expecting from it's reviews. A good quality zip-up travel case and bracelet adjustment tools were supplied along with the watch which is like the icing on the cake.
Watchdives will certainly be at the top of my list when I next have the urge to purchase a watch.

I recently bought a Watchdives Green Ice Crack (Black Chapter Ring) quart watch. I must admit that this watch is the best looking and well made watch I've ever owned - it's stunning.

I wish that they could offer the ETA F06.412 high accuracy movement with the high capacity battery as I'd happily pay extra for +-10 seconds a year and an 8 year battery.

This manufacturer is one to watch (in every sence of the word) A*

I bought a Watchdives WD1863 a few weeks back, and it's been one of my most-worn watches. Finish, build and quality are all exemplary. Way higher quality than any piece at these prices should be. If you're not aware of Watchdives' business practises, you need to acquaint yourself...

They LISTEN to their clients and potential clients' feedback, and make changes to their models based on those requests. I've not heard of another watch maker which does so, or many companies at all. It's rare these days, and should be noted when looking for a watch.

I decided I wanted the on-the-fly clasp for my WD1863, so I ordered one directly from their website five days ago. This morning it turned up at my door. Five days from China to the UK. Even some UK-based companies can't deliver things that fast!

Quality is perfect, fitting very easy and they even sent tools and extra pins with it.

Absolutely first class, I wish that all watch makers were like this - it would have made a 40+ hobby a lot easier!

Purchased WD6610 w/Miyota 9015. It's a good watch and I'm more than happy with it. The problem is that the adjustable clasp is incredibly frustrating and difficult to use. While it can be done it takes several tries and a sore thumb pressing on the adjustment button to accomplish it. Even after placing a little silicone grease on the ratchet teeth the problem exists. It appears the problem is with the spring-loaded button.

I've bought two watches. The value for money is almost unbeatable.
I really like the fact the owner is working with his subreddit for new release.
What bothers me is the brand name.
I'm waiting for the Oyster quartz!

Ordered a WD7922 and I am blown away by the quality. Bezel action in very nice and crisp. The attention to detail is outstanding and the company actually listens to the customer feedback and implements popular suggestions/changes.

They shipped me a defective watch. I ordered directly from their website. Not a third-party seller or AliExpress. After owning the watch a week it would stop. I would reset the time, it would work for 2 1/2 hours and stop again.

I contacted customer service about the issue. They suggested that the battery is dead on a watch. I had owned for less than a week. Swapped out the battery. The movement ended up being defective. That was in July 3025. I am writing this review the first week of September 2025. I have still been getting the runaround from customer service. They stated they would ship me a new movement. They have yet to do so. They’ve dragged out this issue long enough that they know I cannot return the watch or get my money back.

Customer service has been no help. I would be very cautious of ordering a watch for them.
