I am SUCH a happy camper. Your price was a quarter of the cheapest comparable product, and in recommending that I use a metro address for delivery, i was able to reduce that by half. Delivery time was fast and product all as promised.

Beware of purchasing from Mytopia
Do not buy anything from this company! I bought a simple water dispenser that wasnât as described. They mention the product measurements, but forget to include that it has to have a giant water bottle attachment. Contacted them politely and sent back the day I received unused and in full packaging. They wonât offer a refund. Itâs a total sham.
Itâs their position that this is a change of mind purchase, which it clearly isnât. Theyâre offering a store credit for less than what the product was purchased for due to âshippingâ. It cost me $50 to ship it back to them!
You will notice from other reviews, their response is to never actually be accountable or take responsibility. They simply state their illegal âreturn policyâ or pass the buck to a third party seller. They repeatedly have the most appalling customer service from Mitch and Jay.
So dodgy, please reconsider purchasing any item from here and get it from a reputable company who is accountable . Simply speaking, if you spend your money at Mytopia you wonât get what you paid for.

Hi Natasha,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your recent purchase of the water dispenser from Mytopia.
Upon reviewing your order and communication with our customer service team, we'd like to provide some clarification. The water dispenser you purchased is clearly designed to accommodate a water bottle on top for storage, as depicted in the product listing's fourth photo in the slideshow. This design is consistent with the majority of water dispensers available in the market.
Our website also includes a Terms of Use section, clearly stating that by using our website, customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined, including our return policy. This policy is applicable universally to all our customers, providing a transparent framework for managing returns and exchanges.
As an online store, our commitment is to provide accurate and comprehensive product information to enable customers to make informed purchasing decisions. We believe that the necessary details, including product specifications and inclusions, were prominently displayed on our website to assist you in making a well-informed choice.
We encourage all our customers to thoroughly review product listings, including slideshow photos, before making a purchase. This practice ensures that the product aligns with their expectations, and it is crucial for setting accurate expectations.
While we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced, we believe it is essential for customers to take responsibility for their purchasing decisions, especially when all necessary information is readily available on our platform.

Two suburbs away means two deliveries?
The range, the King bunks you provided: outstanding for the price, The mattress hasn't been used yet the price was good. The website is not fine. The issue I had was it was never clear that the frame would arrive before the mattress. The driver didn't explain sh!t either but it was really hot and I thought I had enough to think it would follow next day. It didn't and two further days (maybe three) I emailed never got a response in writing (didn't need one cause mattress was delivered not long after). Other than that, thinking I could use the website to track an order and realising you can't 7 of 10 rating.
