Después de mucho reclamar me lo han devuelto.

The response was immediate, Mason was helpful and kind. I asked the money back as nobody informed me that a annual or other type of fee exists.

Me han quitado mensual 26 euros y no se porqué, trataré de seguir investigando, con 26 euros me compro 3 bandejas de pollo para mis hijos.

This is a terrible company. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for one month now. They also have terrible customer service and has charged my card for no reason and refuses to give me my refund. The customer service teams says I cannot receive a refund until I give them a 4/5 rating on here.
