We have had this service for around 5 years now and have never had any major issues. All contact has been dealt with immediately and professionally..

Great company will go out of their way to fix issues and won’t give up only small problem is they must try to do a few at a time so you are waiting between messages for replies instead of dealing with you solely so it can take awhile so you need to be patient and not be in a hurry. Anik and Veryl were experts.

Excellent customer service. Screen was freezing before start up had finished. They stayed in touch until the issue was resolved.

I have had MyUltra for a few years and was happy, now I am having problems with buffering and freezing. I contacted support for the last three days, and I have been passed around and and to be honest the company. Support is dismal to say the least. Nothing has been resolved and they promise to get back to me but never due. The way I feel at present there is no way I will renew with them.

My experience has been memorable, professional, attention to my needs and requirements, no hard sell, just honest interaction. Very refreshing. A credit to the organisation and lovely to see passion in there job, top score from a former sales director and company owner.

The support service at that company is fantastic. I have never experienced such quick and qualified technical support before. Highly recommended.

I already have an Ultra box and subscription. And have a seperate stick I wanted to add the Ultra app to as well. Anik was so helpful and talked me through downloading ultra and setting up the new subscription alongside my existing. Service is faultless and they answer so fast in their chat.

Had a few issues, but 30min on Whattapp to a very helpful support and was all fixed! Great service

We lost all TV service but a Whatsapp message to Ultra quickly established the problem was a global outage which had been resolved. The support team came back to me within minutes with a suggested way to restore my account. When this didn't work they took me through step by step to solve the problem with my box, which took well over 30 minutes. The person dealing with me was very patient with my technical inability, working from photos I was sending of our tv screen to guide me along the way. Absolutely superb support!

This company have been absolutely 💯 FANTASTIC
Easy to purchase initially but then had problem with UPS courier.
Ultra intervened and I received my product.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and their customer service was above and beyond.
Communication was extensive,helpful and beyond compare.
They even helped me set up the system and ensured it was all up and running.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Mega choice of content/Mega customer service.
