They are doing well by attending quickly to the issue ,and by providing refunds and the best communication they have.

I just overlooked the policies. But, they are responsive. I have check their products and I think was all good.

I mistakenly signed up for a Subscription when trying to make a payment to a different Company and my problem was sorted out within 4 hours.

I contacted them as I didn't recognise a transaction on my account. I dealt with Samuel who was extremely helpful and refunded the transaction.

A fuir absolument! Annonce sur FB d'une dame qui annonce la mise au concours d'un calendrier de l'Avent d'une marque bien connue. Le concours fonctionne, vous gagnez, devez cependant payer 2 Euros pour les frais d'envois. Après avoir payé les 2 Euros, on vous débite directement 3 Euros sur un autre site. Et à la fin vous recevez des mails avec des abonnements que vous auriez conclus et qui vous débitent tous les quinze jours un montant. J'ai bloqué ma carte de crédit. Mais continue de recevoir bien sûr des mails de ces deux sites, comme par hasard avec la même adresse postale.
