Extra Charges

I ordered a chew toy with Pupcicle treats. My dog loves it. However, they keep charging me for a subscription every month that I never signed up for. I have reached out by email several times with no response. I have tried making an account which never goes through. The number I found for them is always busy. I suggest you shop elsewhere. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

CAUTION! Started breaking apart 2nd use.

I ordered the dental chew and inserts. I have a 27 lb golden doodle. My dog loved it day 1 but! Day 2 after about 3 minutes it was already breaking apart! The open space that was supposed to help clean the teeth was totally coming apart. The concept is good the product material isn't. What a waste. Considering the high price.

I ordered a three dog collars

I ordered a three dog collars. They are ok. But now I get charged $29.99 a month for something I didn’t order. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any response. They have no phone number and the site says 24/7 customer support and to use the contact form and we’ll get back to you immediately. Been 2 weeks no response.

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company. I ordered something for my dog for Christmas and now I’m getting double that order every month from a subscription or subscriptions I have no idea that I supposedly signed up for. I don’t even have an official account that I can sign in to to be able to cancel and I am afraid to make one to check. Feels very scammy to me. Stay away there are lots of other reputable companies that sell cool dog toys without signing your life away every month. Shame on you Woof!!!

Placed order on 12/21

Placed order on 12/21. Still have not received. Thought it was due to holidays, was told my order “did not sync correctly” and a replacement order was started (with apparently no rush processing or expediting shipping method). Two days later, no update on tracking information; still hasn’t shipped. Absolutely ridiculous to wait almost a month when I can get the same products through a different party within 3 days. Asked for a refund but from these other reviews, that seems like a long shot too.

Bite and Brush and Subscription Issues

Ordered Bite and Brush and the product is easily destroyed, pieces swallowed! Both my dogs vomited after using and easily bit off chunks, which could have been extremely dangerous. When I complained to the CO, they said to watch the dogs carefully when they used the product -ridiculous. Also, Woof kept sending and charging me for subscription products that I never ordered. It took three emails for them to cancel.

Did not receive item that was sent as a gift. Asked for a refund. The customer service department wasted more labor time on my issue that the product was worth. They still would only issue a store credit. I do not want anything from this company! So I disputed the charge and received the credit from my credit card company.

Missing items in order

Missing items in order, ordered 3 bite and brush and 3 dental bite and brush refills, only received 2 of each even though I paid for three of each.Sent a picture of what was in the box, they confirmed I ordered three. They also confirmed my order was in 1 shipment. Sent numerous emails and they have not credited my account, sent what I ordered, or reached out. Do not order from this company they will take your money and run!

Woof Treat Ball

Everything seemed great until you try to unscrew the rubber that completely binds itself together. I even used vegtable oil to try and help to no avail. Id like to think im a strong guy and I cant get this open nevermind an older person...forget it. Update the design, I cant belive this didnt go through some better R&D. Disappointed to say the least. Do not buy this product

I bought two bite and brush toys for my dogs. One of them, chewed a little aggressively and tore out some of the bristles. I provided my receipt and it was promptly replaced under warranty. They have gotten used to the brushes and are not over. Chewing them now. Thanks for the great customer service.

Pupsicle products are a joke

Pupsicle products are a joke. Bought one worked for a few weeks so bought another. Now neither one works. None pf the tricks all over the Internet work. No longer have receipt do cant do a warranty.
Update. I reached out to Wood and they sent me 2 new (updated Pupsicles) at no charge. So far working. fine. Updated from 1 Star to 4 stars.

I have purchased 3 of the Large


I have purchased 3 of the Large Pupsicle toys for my dog. Everyone of them were great for 1 use. $20.00 for a one use unit. The threads got to the point that I could not open it again to refill it. Not worth it at all. I will never purchase another item from this company. I hope they enjoy the $100 plus that I have spent.

Our dog chewed the end of the pupsicycle within 1 hour. The return policy is burdensome and you are required to pay shipping and return the item. Do not buy, not worth the hassle.

I wanted to love this product - update included

I wanted to love this product. My dogs need a lot of enrichment and chewing toys. I had read about difficulty in opening the toy after use, but also read to oil the threads. So I bought the toy, oiled the threads and gave it to the dog. When she was done, I was unable to open it. I tried all of the methods recommended online. I wrote to Woof for a refund, or a new toy, but they refused, since I no longer had the receipt. It's a terrible product. They should troubleshoot the issue of how hard it is to open before selling this product.

I got the replacement and I'm updating my review. I am leaving it at one star. While the new one is easier to open, it's not as indestructible as the original. My dog chewed off chunks of it, so it's not safe for destructive chewers.

Woof Bite and Brush Not A Favorite

My dog threw up all of the Woof Bite and Brush several hours after consuming the treats. To be sure that was the reason she threw up I soaked a treat overnight. It got supple but was like rubber. Not very digestible in my opinion. Because of the design of the Bite and Brush toy, you can’t use other treats in it.
