Update 10/09/23- so after reporting Nadex they blocked me from telegram, Facebook.. then randomly got in touch to say if I want my funds I need to make a further payment. Not come across a more disgusting company who constantly lie just to steal your money.

SCAM… AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I invested £1000 in their investment plan been 4 weeks and not received my money. Every time to withdraw money they ask for some sort of payment from taxation, permits, insurance, certificates. No payment is less than 1k. Absolutely disgusting and horrible company who take pleasure in conning people. I have screenshots and emails of how disgusting Nadex and smart chain are. Now I need to recoup my money. Anyone needs any evidence please leave a comment.

It says regulated exchange but it's totally manipulated by the market makers. Market makers are allowed to control the quotes as they wish making all the odds in their favor.
Spreads are $15 dollar wide, means if you go in with 5 contracts, you are immediately seeing $75 in negative. It's robbery and wouldn't recommend them at all. Financial institution verification is utterly childish and nonsense only to make the withdraws difficult.

That verification process took my money.
Their customer service is nonexistent it seems. This was a waste of time and money. I would stay clear from Nadex

Nadex used to be worth trading with when they first started over 7 to 10 years ago. You used to be able to profit on the less scammy platform they started with. But definitely not anymore. I stopped trading with them as soon as I noticed them changing everything to make sure no matter what you do you'll have a 90% chance of losing. They call themselves "legitimate" but just set up the platform with a lot of shifty snakey things that will make sure you're at the high end of losing. They set up all the features like a casino to make sure the house always wins. Casinos are considered "legitimate" also lol. That just means they "legitimately" set the system up to make sure each game is in their favor.

I know every single thing that they've done to "loop hole" the system in their favor but its way too many to list. Just 2 examples out of 20. The spread used to be a normal $2 or $3 many years ago so you did have a chance of profiting on trades. Just like you can with normal markets like regular stock options. Even if the currency just moves a little bit in the direction you know it will you can still make some kind of even small profit. That was a big no no to them. Since then they made it so every single currency has a HUGE $10 spread and higher!. Indices and commodities and some call spreads now have $20 spreads!. This way even when you know the direction of a currency and it starts to head to the price THEY'VE given by expiration you'll still lose by the time of expiration as long as the price does not close past the price THEY'VE chosen. And 90% of the time it definitely will not close above or below the price they've chosen to give you by expiration. That's why they only give certain prices AND times. Instead of just having a choice of full 24 hours at any price. That's just one small scammy feature out of 20 that I've noticed. Another one out of at least 20 more I noticed.. even in the beginning when I first traded with them that I thought was really weird and sketchy.. is if the market is rising or falling really fast to where you can normally obliviously profit very easily. Lets say USDJPY is in a obvious drop or rise for hours. Any market like that will all of a sudden not have ANY OPTIONS available. They will actually replace the times and prices with dashes. Not until the drop or rise is done and back to where you have a 50/50 chance. Then the options mysteriously come back for you to trade again. They do that because that puts "the house" out of favor of winning during those times. There's a whole lot of scammy features they've since created where you used to be able to sometimes profit from years ago. Before they covered all bases and all features to make sure you're now at a high chance of losing. I just listed 2 out of a lot more

I really doubt anybody is profiting on this site if they are they will probably soon lose it all on the next trade

Una tremenda delusione, il broker che mi ha seguito per oltre un mese mi chiamava più volte al giorno per farmi investire e aprire e chiudere le operazioni di trading... sempre gentile e premuroso, questo fino a quando non gli ho richiesto di effettuare un prelievo dal mio conto in attivo di parecchie migliaia di euro, subito dopo è sparito, non mi chiama più, risulta impossibile chiamarlo, non mi risponde neanche via mail, mentre prima mi scriveva più volte al giorno. Ho investito parecchio dei miei risparmi e adesso non so come andrà a finire e come posso recuperare il mio investimento.

So many of the negative reviews on here seem to come from highly-inexperienced people who have not taken the time to learn the Nadex platform. First, Nadex is not a broker, it is an exchange; the better comparison (though rough) is to the New York Stock Exchange or the Chicago Board of Trade.

There are RULES here, and they are for everybody’s protection. If you are looking for Wild-West, fun ‘n gun action, go to a European or Balkan operation. Good luck!

If you want a simple, straightforward platform for crystal-clean execution, then Nadex is for you! The forex pairs and commodity options are limited by design. This is not something for everybody. Successful traders on Nadex like it this way and want to keep it.

Put in the time; learn your craft; design your system and stick to it and you can find incredible success on Nadex.

I have only glowing things to say of Nadex but I'll mention just one here: Knockout Trades! If profiting from price action swings is what you're seeking, you've found your "Holy Grail"💰👀💯

I'd give it a zero if possible in the last 6mos every trade I've made has went in the opposite direction as soon as I placed the bet its most de scam beware

Ive tried three days to reactivate an old account or to open up a new account.You can no longer call you have to get on chat .These people are clueless.After three grueling days ask for a supervisor seveal times they refuse .They tell me they are sending me things to my email account and nothing shows up .Everytime I send them what they request they want more .It's all smoke and mirrors .I'm only trying to reactivate an old account .Imagine if I was trying to get my money..Chat is a joke and slow to respond .I would run in the other direction from these guys .Those who have accounts should try to contact them ,what a joke.They hide behind chat room ,these guys are robots and read off of scripts.BEWARE

Horrible and an absolute scam.

I uploaded my Bank Statement on the 17th of November to get verified. Not only is it not done, but no response to the Support Tickets. I wrote six times.
Payment-Support-Payment-Support back and forth.
I am not sure about the impressive "Regulated Story."
I cannot withdraw.

UPDATE on the 12th of December: still no answer, no Bank verification. I've requested to delete my account and send back whatever I have left. After all, I am not sure what I should expect.

FINAL UPDATE: on the 14th, they finally contacted me and verified my Bank. It took almost a month to hassle.
Withdraw Fee is USD 25.
With such AWFUL Support, I do not recommend it.

Nadex is a rip off controlled and manipulated the big boys. It is almost impossible to win a 5 minute trade. They easily manipulate the market hover and around the strike point then move in the direction that makes them the most money in last few seconds. Nadex says you can exit early but only if you in a losing position or they fear you will win if you ar the wrong side and want save profit. You can click that button 10 times and nothing will. Then Nadex will tell you it's your computer or internet. I f are winning for sure it only takes one click to exit or losing one click. It is absolutely a scam.

$100 mysteriously disappeared from my account. I emailed support and if I don't receive a quick resolution to this blatant issue I will be filing a complain with federal regulators.

This is cool platform but sometimes I feel the chart is too small for analysis as the strikes takes over the screen when you enable them. Platform developers must look at options for better execution experience. Thanks
