Just got my first mug from Mollie and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect size and so pretty! I was also packaged so well. I will definitely be buying more!

This is the second time I've ordered from Naetive, the first was a custom pet mug which was beautiful but the trinkets are even more beautiful! Well worth the wait, thankyou so much! The attention to detail is second to none! 🤩

Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item on 15th January which stated “up to 8 weeks” processing time, but it ended up taking over 10 weeks and missed the occasion it was purchased for.

What was more frustrating was that I only received a dispatch notification 1 hour after chasing the order, which made it feel like it had been delayed or overlooked.

When I contacted the business, instead of taking accountability or apologising, I was directed to their terms and conditions and told the timeframe wasn’t guaranteed. This contradicts what’s clearly stated on the product page and feels quite misleading.

I understand delays can happen with custom items, but better communication and customer care would have made a big difference here. Unfortunately not the experience I expected.

I do understand that handmade items can come with imperfections and occasional delays, that’s not the main issue here. My concern is the lack of communication and transparency throughout the process.

The product page clearly stated an “up to 8 weeks” processing time, yet my order took over 10 weeks and only appeared to be dispatched after I chased it. Receiving a dispatch notification just 1 hour after following up understandably gave the impression that the order may have been delayed or overlooked, which is disappointing.

While I appreciate that imperfections can happen, this was not communicated at any point during the process. A proactive update or acknowledgment of the delay would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.

Referring customers back to terms and conditions instead of offering a genuine apology or taking accountability does not reflect good customer service, especially when expectations set on the product page were not met.

I hope this feedback is taken on board to improve communication for future customers.

Had a great experience. Not an arty person at all, but as a group activity this was great fun. Everything was supplied and we were only limited by imagination (and ability in my case)

Every detail that went into this is incredible. I had the drop marked on my calendar for months and was so excited to finally get a custom jewelry tray of my pups, and it did not disappoint. I absolutely love it!!

I have two Australian Shepherds (just welcomed my second puppy!), and they mean the world to me, so having something this personal is really special. You can tell so much care goes into everything, from the thoughtful packaging to the overall aesthetic you see on her Instagram. It’s all beautifully done.

Truly a 10/10. I’d absolutely recommend it, especially as a meaningful gift.

From the shipping process to the handwritten envelope with my name on it, to the product itself which is my absolute dream come true mug, I could not be happier. For me, a coffee cup is not just a vessel to hold a drink, but rather, it is a feeling of warmth, comfort and peace. This mug will give me that every single time I use it and I will feel all the love that was put into making it!!

I absolutely love my mugs from naetive (all 7 of them). They’re so special and incredible well designed, made and packaged. The personalised ones take slightly longer to deliver, but this is of course because they’re handmade - but the website is clear how long it will take for them to be delivered. Super happy and will not be buying mugs from anywhere else!

The team has been so lovely i made a mistake when ordering and they sorted it out quickly. My beautiful mug has now been delivered and it is gorgeous 💖

We absolutely love our mugs from Naetive! Mollie is incredibly talented and you can feel the care and craftsmanship in every piece. Each mug is beautifully handmade but our custom pet mug is truly something special, it's so detailed, so thoughtful and just fabulous!

The entire process from start to finish was a joy: great communication, clear updates and so much care put into bringing the design to life. Bought my mum a mug with our two dogs in it and she is so happy with it. She sends me a picture every day to show me her little ceramic dogs drowning in her coffee, which she finds hilarious.

I ordered 2 mugs for my gfs birthday and the quality of the mugs where unbelievable, really happy with the order and will be ordering again.

Refreshing marketing/advertising was the first thing that struck me about this company. I came across it on instagram and was immediately interested. I bought a mug after browsing and waited. Not long after, the mug arrived and I haven’t stopped using it since. Amazing quality and very creative designs catered to your needs.

So so happy and impressed with the product and the service! I live in Australia and have 7 mugs now. Never had any issues with delivery, quality and design. Great functional art. Highly recommend.
