The support team responsive very fast and they try to solve the problem at a time

Worst worst worst broker they are just looting there customers worst ever support team and response I have been trading since last 5+ years and naga is the worst ever broker i use unfortunately they rejected my withdrawal and never give me feed back ehy my withdrawal got rejected after and after i mail backoffice support team and live support but got no answer i have all profs there rating minis -10

I have finally recovered from a most horrendous experience with Naga. I started trading with Naga around 3 years ago and was very successful on my own, but what happened next was wrong on every scale.
I had a stroke and this had left me worrying about my future, so I explained this to my account manager Blake. After a short period he put me on to Penelope who was the person that looked after the richer clients. She advised me to keep depositing funds and in return I would get looked after by her and would get much more leverage and a lot mor margin to play with. Penelope would then phone me up with recommended trades. I had now invested £55,000 of my own money but had a balance of £170,000 (most of my own doing). I started following her recommendations and after a while became very scared, as after a few days I was trading with £30 to £40k and had to cancel trades before I lost all my money!. I remember one day Penelope called me up as told me to stop cancelling trades as she was looking after me. I then got very concerned and tried to withdraw some funds, this was like trying to get blood from a stone, it took forever, but eventually they gave me £10k just to prove they were genuine.
A couple of days later a few Trades were recommended to me and I had to cancel them because again I would have lost everything.
Penelope called the next day and told me off. When I explained that had I have through with it all my money would be wiped out she reassured me that she keeps an eye on it and I had nothing to worry about.
The next afternoon Blake called with recommended trades and reassured me. I took the trades and watched my money disappear, rapidly, and after trying franticly to contact Naga, the next day all my money was gone. Nobody contacted me apart from one email from Penelope (bearing in mind all mail is encrypted by them so no paper trail). The email explained that the recommendations for trades are purely at your own risk, and that is true to a degree ,but I was cleverly coerced by a woman who new exactly what she was doing.
After trading aggressively with Penelope it turned out that they had amassed over £70k in swaps.

Leider wurden etwa 65% des Gewinns weggenommen bzw. auf ein unbekanntes Konto ausgezahlt. Danach kam eine Information, dass angeblich mit Preisfeeds gahndelt wurde. Dies stimmt jedoch nicht. Es wurde dargelegt, dass manuell mit Volumen und Momentum gehandelt wurde. Seitens Naga kam keinerlei Nachweis zu ihrer Behauptung. Das Geld 3,377.58 € wurde ohne vorherige Information und ohne Rücksicht auf Margin vom Konto genommen. Anscheinend mag der Broker keine Gewinner.

Nachtrag 04.06.25: Den Support hatte ich bereits zweimal kontaktiert, beim ersten Mal wurde nicht auf die eigentliche Thematik und auf die Frage wo denn nun eigentlich mein Geld ist eingegangen. Beim erneuten Nachfragen erhielt ich keine Antwort mehr und der Verbleib meines Geldes ist weiterhin unklar. Der Vorfall wird den Regulierungsbehörden (CySEC und BaFin) gemeldet.

Nachtrag 11.06.25: Vom Naga Support kam keine Antwort, trotz mehrfach versuchter Kontaktaufnahme. Es ist weiterhin unklar wo das Geld nun abgeblieben ist. Die Online-Erfahrungen von nichtausgezahltem und/oder entwendeten Geldern häufen sich.

There is a deposit pending for more than a month now. Support doesnt answer my mail, livechat doesnt seem to work. Cant recommend!

Hi. Few days ago i signed up for NAGA.
So i verified my account and all the documents and i got approved, when i try to copy trade or trade it says i have to verify my account, although its already verified. I need help.

Till now everything seems to be good
I deposited 1000$ initial investment I doubled it in 2 days , and lost half of it in one second.

for the trading itself , the mobile app isn't reliable, you've to use mt5 app.

the web version is okey, I make my trading on the web version.
If you want to withdraw your money, you've to fully verify your account, including the proof of address.
I managed to withdraw my profits which is less than my initial investment , I will update my review again soon.

UPDATE: I managed to withdraw my profits and my initial investment a couple of times, the only annoying thing is the withdrawal process takes from 24h to 48h
I think they manually transfer the money, I'm using my binance wallet to send and receive.

UPDATE: after more investigation and following my deposits and withdrawals , everytime I make a transaction it comes or goes from\to a different wallet address, which makes me very suspicious.
Eventually, I moved to a different platform which has ( AUTOMATED AND INSTANT ) withdrawal system with a fixed wallet address.

A diverse trading offer, overall. But some of the accounts like Diamond and Crystal seem out of reach for most traders. I personally use Bronze and it’s fine for now. I receive several trading signals each day.

ميزة التنبيهات اعتبرها من أحسن الأشياء اللي في التطبيق، تخليك دائما متابع لحركة السوق حتى لو لم تكن متابع الشارت، التنبيهات تصل بسرعة وما تفوت عليك أي فرصة.

الإيداع والسحب مع الشركة يتم بصورة سلسة جدا ويسمع بسرعة في الحساب حسب طريقة الدفع، أنا جربت أكثر من طريقة من خلال حساباتي المختلفة ولم تواجهني أي مشاكل ، هذا الشئ يخلي الواحد مطمن أن فلوسه في أمان وهذا الشئ مهم جدا بالنسبة لي.

جربت منصات تداول كثيرة لكن تطبيق شركة NAGA مختلف، فعلا هو من أسرع التطبيقات الصفقة تدخل وتتنفذ على طول بدون أي مشاكل، السرعة هذي تعطيك ميزة خاصة وقت تحركات السوق السريعة، تقدر تلحق على كل الفرص في التداول بدون أي مشاكل.

The CS call me for activate for my acc which it good , and provide my some education which is good, But kinda rude when i asking about do NAGA have IB program she keep argue with me that NAGA is very famous and doesnt need IB for ASIA , I wish someone with polite can offer/ provide me and let me adknowledge the IB commision offer / scheme

Non so come fate a dire che è buona, dopo 1 mese il bonus non è prelevabile con lo stesso metodo che ho depositato. Ho rispettato tutto, supporto davvero pessimo, rispondono dopo tanti giorni, mai precisi e non risolvono il problema, pensare che sono solo 22€, meno male che non ho investito i 300€ che mi hanno chiesto, truffatori!!!!

I am trying to talk to customer service from yesterday and no one answered i am trying to test the withdraw and it says 24h and after 24h there is nothing still pending and it says customer service 24/7 and like I said not even received a email

I contacted support asking them to activate auto trading on my account 5 days ago and I still haven't received a response. However, I called them directly and the person who answered the phone couldn't help me and said they would ask support to contact me. Support has never responded to me until now. I've been dealing with their support for years and I always have problems. It's amazing.

Ich habe den Support mehrfach angeschrieben.
Und ihn mit Problemen konfrontiert. Habe aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Komischer Haufen dabei ging es mehr um technische Ding.
