I had a lot of trouble with XTB. At first XTB seemed like a company. I put in an amount of money and it went through just fine. The website looked nice and professional.. That was the only good thing that happened with XTB.
Then things started to go bad. For months I could not get into my XTB account. Every time I tried it would not let me in. When I talked to the people at XTB they just made it harder for me. They did not really help me. It felt like they were trying to trap me. I tried everything to fix the problem. I changed my password I sent them my identity papers I did everything they asked me to do.. Nothing worked. The screen just kept saying I could not get in. I had seventy-six thousand, three hundred dollars in my account. I could not get to it. This was money I had saved for my family. I was very worried. I could not sleep at night. I kept thinking about how I could not get into my account.
One night I was looking at some reviews from people who had problems with XTB. I saw a name. P●maAdvisory. Someone had written that they got their money back with the help of P●maAdvisory. I was not sure if I should trust them. I had already lost so much money. So I decided to contact them. P●maAdvisory did not ask me for any money. They just listened to my problem. Helped me fix it. They got all my money seventy-six thousand, three hundred dollars. I was so happy. I cried with relief.

I used to think P●maAdvisory was a name.. Now I know what they do.

Worst I have ever tried. They took ages to verify my account and in meantime let the promotion which I signed thru expire, this is totally malicious. All other bank, trading platform etc just take seconds to verify your account

I had a problem with them after some while. When I opened my account the process was smooth. Their brief efficiency gave me hope. That was few months ago.
Since then my transfers had just sat pending without any communication from their customer service. I felt ignored and foolish for believing them. I had all my retirement savings there, I could not even sleep properly. Think twice before using them.

I was scrolling Trustpilot post from people with exactly the same pending transfer nightmare. I found a comment were someone mentioned chains lab, I was skeptical as I was scared but I eventually did use and everything was smooth and to my surprise never request any upfront charge or whatsoever.

I had vowed to make XTB hell but I feel relived now and I hope something get done about them.

AVOID XTB - In spite of hundreds of emails and chat messages to XTB, I am still suffering from their incompetence. The management is inept and the French division is operating outside of the law.

I did a GDPR request to the French division. They have completely ignored it and are now in breach of the regulation. I sent dozens of reminder emails which are being ignored.

I opened an account at SAXO to get away from these idiots and they are refusing to transfer the account 12 weeks later. Their action is illegal!!!

Yesterday they tried to get me to do a partial transfer of a PEA account. That action is also illegal according to the French tax authorities.

I would highly advise anyone with XTB to move their accounts away from XTB.

I have sent over a hundred emails to ALL their global divisions. They claimed in a Google review that they did not know who I was. Blatantly untrue. They can not be trusted.

The French SignalConso emailedme saying they could not assist with a case against XTB because they were not domiciled in France. I was tricked into using their products without being told that they are not legitimate. Now Im paying the price.

Après en avoir essayé plusieurs, j’ai trouvé la perle. Tous les ordres sont gratuits sur les bourses européennes. Zéro frais retrait, zéro frais de Trading, hormis sur les bourses américaines. Mais comme je reste sur les bourses européennes c’est génial, il est juste dommage que l’or et les crypto Money soient uniquement effet de levier. Sinon j’aurais aussi investi mon or et crypto sur XTB.

j'ai clôturé mon compte en décembre 2025 et malgré 5 relances et demandes,mail et téléphone, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon IFU, c'est désolant

Oczekiwnaie na odebranie telefonu aktuanie ponda 40 minut nikt nie odebrał. Odpisanie na emial z BOK kilka dni. Brak. kontaktu z firmą. Aplikacja jest OK.

If you are one of the many victims to XTB... please go to the Financial Ombudsman Service. It costs this company if you don't win. Do not let them get away with this.

Just like everyone else here, I saw the advertisement to sign up for a free share. Became a customer, gave them my details and then they performed unreasonable delay after delay to verify my account. Then what do you know... they don't have any free shares left. So they baited me (and you) to your data and custom.

Then wouldn't you know it they start a new free shares campaign a few weeks later. Somehow finding a new budget to pay out customers.

Awful, awful company. Live up to what you are selling. If you have a free share promotion to entice a customer and they sign up in good faith then pay that customer. Don't end the promotion and start a new one to avoid paying those customers. Awful, dishonest and probably illegal cycle.

J' ai 67 ans. Ma première d'expérience en bourse deux mois chez XTB. Trop de commissions, taxes et pertes de dividendes. Grosses sommes investissements jusqu'à 80000 €. Trois PEA chez XTB^^ Est ce possible ?! Quand je les avais acheté, ce n était pas indiqué PEA. Sinon je ne les aurais pas pris car je ne compte pas garder 5ans à mon âge. 2 actions Européennes sur 3 classé PEA ?
Concernant les actions et Pea vendus à pertes de ceux avant -1380€ ! Preuves à l' appui si nécessaire.
Malgré les trois dernières actions Européennes allant +40% plus de 9000 euros intérêt à la vente. J' ai aussi fait en capture d'écran avant de les vendre. Enfin compte au lieu avoir des bénéfices. J'ai perdu une somme importante...
Mes fonds investissement est en négatif -3000 € ! Après avoir solder les 4 comptes chez XTB
Du coup j'ai vite clôturé peur de perdre encore plus. J' avais envoyé un Mail à M.Nicolas Deslandes service Anti Fraude XTB... Il était en congé, son collègue m'a appelé pour dire il ne peut pas accéder à mes comptes trading pour vérifier. Par contre, il m' avait conseillé de suivre une formation en bourse auprès leur plateforme, très bien veillant et aimable au téléphone envers moi. Je tiens à le remercier ! Je regrette une chose d'avoir faire trop confiance à ce site.

XTB ma darmowa prowizję do 100 tys EUR . Powyżej tej kwoty naliczane jest 10 EUR od każdej transakcji. Czyli jak otworzymy transakcje za 500 zł zapłacimy 8% prowizji. Jak otworzysz pozycję z CFD i kurs zacznie iść w złym kierunku to możesz mieć wyzerowane całe konto maklerskie.

Like many others I signed up when they offered a free share. Despite having signed up in time, the sign up process was delayed and by the time it was finally sorted they had already pulled the offer.

In general I found the sign up experience, the website, app and customer support awful, slow, confusing and misleading. Luckily I was able to withdraw my money and close my account down, so consider myself lucky to have escaped.

Wouldn't go near this company and will warn others to stay clear too.

Offre promotionnelle non respectée. Inscription effectuée le 13 mai avec une offre clairement affichée d’une action Uber gratuite (capture d’écran conservée). Après validation du compte et premier investissement, la plateforme refuse finalement d’honorer la promotion en prétendant que l’inscription date du 15 mai.
Service client fermé au dialogue malgré les preuves. Pratique décevante et manque de sérieux. Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme.

I signed up for a free stock promotion, they emailed confirming the promotion was applied to the account. They took three days to verify my account before I could deposit funds. By the time I could credit the account to get the free stock, they'd run out 😅. So a complete waste of time.

The app is very awkward to use and feels so much harder work than trading212, invest engine or interactive investor.

TLDR bad on all fronts. Won't use again.

Les virements sont trop long a parvenir sur le compte. La plateforme demande des justificatifs abusifs et ne comprends pas la notion de compte joint. Je ne recommande pas

Chaque virement entrant est très long a être crédité. La plateforme a aussi du mal quand les fonds viennent d'un compte joint. Il demande un rib au nom de l épouse alors qu'il affiche m ou mme x....
A chaque virement il faut contacter un agent... C est très pénible même si le rib a déjà envoyé des fonds sur le compte.

Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star. To protect future investors from utilizing this platform. I strongly recommend avoiding XTB at all cost.
I praise Jesus for protecting my finances. I have being dealing with Documents Verification and Account Activation for days now. DV & AA takes few minutes, hours or maximum a day to get approved as they claim but mine hasn't been approved for days now.
After pondering if DV & AA can take this long to get approved, what's gonna happen to my money if I begin investing or withdraw. Little did I know that God was protecting me from this platform. Consequently, I left, uninstalled the XTB app, and requested via email that my personal details be deleted from their database.
Now I'm finding out negative reports on trustpilot of individuals who's fund are being withheld.

This is pure evil. XTB should not apologize, rather give people back their money. If all legitimate documents have been provided, why deny people.

Dreadful app. Very difficult to work out whether investments are in the ISA or General account. And then when you want your money back…
