Faith at Nailboo for the Customer Service WIN
Faith at Nailboo went above and beyond with her customer service skills. She stayed calm and polite while I was frustrated on things on the website not working properly. I have been using NailBoo products since 01/2021 & I have always had good service & good communication with the staff members. If something was wrong with an order it was always corrected with no hassles. I love their products & I am a customer for life.

An Oops that turned into a Yay!
One of the Dip Powders that I ordered did not arrive. Instead a different color came. The member of the support team resolved my issue very quickly and kindly!

To make a long story short I made a purchase on July 18th. Today is August 9th and I am still waiting for my purchase. I have had multiple communications with customer service in which have left me feeling as an unvalued customer. It’s unfortunate because I love the Nailboo products but this experience has left me looking elsewhere for my nail dip needs. It just makes me so sad. 😞

I only ordered once and keep getting charged a monthly fee of $30. There is no where on the website to resolve this issue. I emailed them to cancel and refund my money and I was charged another $30. What a ripoff.
