Easy to use, amazing products massive choice of colours love

Brilliant wide range of products at an affordable price, quick delivery, absolutely love working with these products

I am trying for days now to place an order for acrylic powders. It does not accept my personal details and any payment and I have tried all of my cards. I have tried to communicate with them but still, I have not heard back. All this does slow me down from my work and makes me waste my time. I would not recommend this site for nail tech artist

I accidentally added the wrong address to my order and when I messaged through Instagram I had a quick response from the lovely Dawn who even helped me fix this 🤩
This was solved so quickly and she was very kind 💛

The shipment was super fast, this brand was recommended to me by my manicurist and the truth is that I am very happy with the results.

Management have refused to answer basic questions. Iv been speaking via email with management for over a week and they do not know the answers and refuse to find the answers. It’s important I know the answers before investing more money in this product. because as you all know changing brands can costs us thousands to change brands. Iv used acrygel for nearly 6 years and have loved it, but depending on the answers I may well have chAnge:-( I ask these question as I do not like the new formula acrygel in its load and clear. The consistency is just horrible to work with and the finish is that of a gel which I dislike. Iv been told there is no new formula yet it states new formula I can only assume to get the crystal clear gel affect the ratio of product has changed in favour of gel. I don’t understand the science obviously lol I just don’t get on with it. If they are applying it to other colours I need to know. I will have to spend so much to change brands and lots if time looking for a new brand that works. I believe they should answer these question ASAP But maybe you can help? While I’m still waiting over a week later. What do you all know?

* Is the new formula in its load and clear going to be applied to any other clear/tint acrygel? It stated the new formula will sometimes be in an it’s clear dear tube. So-
* If I order it’s clear dear will I get the original formula? It states it’s back in its description. (But also It states on the load and clear, the new formula will sometimes be in an it’s clear dear tube)
* Has the gel polish formula changed?Flame point is the first colour I noticed sets much darker and duller than it used to and takes 2 days to brighten and get to its original colour. I have an old bottle which does not do this. I was told it was faulty batch and sent a new one, that does the exact same. So gave up. Now I have 4 new neon colours that do the same. This is not so recent probably over a year since I first noticed.

Love this company, love the choice of colours just wish was a professional only brand tho!

So what has pushed me to write the trustpilot is how bad some of these products are overtime/upon purchase. I ordered about 2 ish months ago now and upon opening it my mega white acrylic had someones hair in it which I complained about on Instagram, someone from Naio liked the image of the hair but never actually got back to me. Then a week later I pressed again about his hair and how dirty my acrylic dish was and I was told I needed to contact someone else. I let that slide even though the acrylic dish was filthy and the particles resembled almost like flakes of loose tobacco obviously not sure if that is what it was. Anyway I left it and then today, the handle on my heart shaped acrylic liquid dish has literally snapped off! It is a shame as Naio has some good products like the oval sharp brush I love! But this has really put me off and not great. Having issues with products can be expected but when you're a nail tech it is not great to have product issues affect the service you give your clients.

I use the top coat and base coat several colors of the Acrygel and gel polishes. I LOVE the acrygel product.
