Easy to order

Easy to order. Received it within two days. Good size bottles, so many colours to choose from. Plus instructions are on the e bottle, and can watch technicians on YouTube. What more could you ask for.

Always exceptional service ( I have ordered now quite few bits and havent finished yet)!
When I had an issue with a product, replaced immediately.
All orders came when promised no delays, next day (unless its bank hols etc).
Acrylic powders and liquid are just awesome. Gel colours with rich pigments and BIAB nice, strong.

Needs to Improve Customer Service

Very disappointed with the customer service I did get a refund for overcharge on postage but rude and matter of fact. I have checked other reviews on this page and found similar with the postage changing, however they will tell you its your fault.
I'm sure they don't want my business but actually i will find a business who has mutual respect for the customer too
