Najaf Rugs レビュー

🩵The Personal Touches.
My beautiful rug arrived quickly and expertly packaged. I knew I liked the rug when I saw it on the web site, but its real life appearance was such a joy. Some extra personal touches in the parcel warmed our hearts. Thank you Najaf and Maria.

Thanks, very pleased with the purchase and assistance.

Beautiful rug, was as described. Good communication with staff, friendly and professional. Rug delivered securely and safely.

Najaf Rugs have such a range of rugs and runners. You can spend hours and days browsing and falling in love with them. It was tough to choose. Maria did an amazing job managing everything, all my questions and offers advice on rugs will suit the house if you ask. The delivery and courier chosen was also amazing and reliable. It was raining and there was a hiccup (on my end) with receiving the rugs, and the courier was on route to other drop offs and was so kind to meet me at a new location nearby.

excellent service and great quality rugs.

Always a pleasure to deal with and the rugs are so beautiful!

Shipment to canberra was quick. Rug was exactly as described

I love my Kilim rug! The quality is excellent and I was very impressed with the service and speed of delivery from Najaf. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have ordered many rugs from Najaf in the past and are always so impressed with the quality and colours. The website is so professional and accurate in showing the rugs.

I purchased one of their Persian rugs a while ago and was really satisfied with the quality and beauty of the item. Maria and Najaf are really friendly and amazing people! Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful rug, great communication and quick delivery. We have purchased 3 rugs from Najaf and very happy with them all.

Najaf and Maria know rugs!! Always such a pleasure to deal with them. I love my new rug!

Firstly the website was easy to use and navigate with great photos of the rugs. So a great first impression. When I was nearly ready to buy I rang and Maria was extremely helpful. The rugs arrived quickly here on the Sunshine Coast and wow we were delighted with them. Beautiful and as shown in the pics. They look stunning. Great service and rugs

The website is very clean and easy to navigate.
Shipping was very fast ! (Au based) my order
arrived within a few days, I was very surprised.
However the rug I received is completely different
to what I was expecting. The picture shown on the
website isn't very saturated, kind of greyish, which
is what I was looking for. However after opening
my rug my heart sank, the rug is so much more
warm toned then what's shown on the photo. I
understand camera quality etc. can effect how the
photo turns out. But I still can't help but feel
disappointed. Especially because it is a beautiful
rug, just not something I would have picked if seen
in person. I'm so sad at the colour difference. I
also don't want to risk sending it back for a refund
as if something happens to it during
transportation it is not covered under their refund
policy.

The I ordered from Najaf was delivered quickly even though it had to travel all the way from Australia to Greece. Najaf provided great tracking and I was able to see its progress along the route. Upon receipt, it was even more beautiful than I expected. I was very pleased with the entire interaction and great customer service.

Maria is so knowledgable and helpful in regard to the Najaf rugs. Buying a rug from Najaf Rugs was a pleasure.

Easy to navigate a hugh selection of rugs on website. Rug was able to be viewed from different angles on website. Rug is true to colour and quality. Prompt delivery with regular updates.
