Excellent packaging
Loved the personal touch with the note
Product was as described

Absolutely love the rug I got from Najaf. The quality was excellent for a vintage piece, price was really good and shipping was very fast and free! Will definitely be using these guys again. Thank you

I have been looking online at Najaf's beautiful hand-made rugs for a long time; umming and ahhing about what I should buy. I wanted something that was vintage, original and that I could live with for a long time. The photographs of the rug I purchased were accurate for both colour and condition ( which were respectively jewel toned and immaculate ) and the delivery was fast. I particularly liked that my rug had been wrapped up with a bow and had a card telling me how to care for it. I am delighted with "my rug" and the Najaf staff that made it so easy.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Such a brilliant company, so so so happy with my new rug.
Thanks so much guys.
BEST!

Fabulous other than initially asking for a review before I'd received my rug!!!!

It was a delight to meet Najaf and Maria; their expert knowledge of and passion for their rugs made it a pleasure to purchase a beautiful rug from them. Nothing was too much trouble and above all they wanted us to be happy with our choice of rug. It is a stunningly beautiful hand woven traditional Oushak rug and we are indeed very happy. If you want a rug, Najaf and Maria are the people to go to - you don't need to go anywhere else. Thank you, Joan and Peter

I bought a beautiful carpet online, it arrived within a week with a beautiful card. The carpet looks even better than the photo. Very happy

My latest purchase from Najaf was a saddlebag complete with all it’s colourful tassels. Like the rug and cushions I purchased previously it is in perfect condition with vivid, rich colours, just as depicted on the website. It arrived promptly and was securely packaged. I highly recommend Najaf Rugs for anyone considering their products.

I highly recommend this wonderful business. The online site has a great selection of rugs of different designs and it’s difficult to make up your mind which one you really wish to purchase. So many you might like to purchase. My daughter who has a graphic design background was so pleased with my choice. She told me the rug was beautifully made and the design was wonderful and she would know with all her experience in website and graphic design experience.

I love my beautiful rugs from Najaf rugs. Quick shipping and excellent communication throughout. Thank you!

I recently purchased 2 vintage persian rugs and had the most fabulous experience.
After purchasing them online, I received an email with a follow up call on when I would like to pick up the rugs. I informed them that ideally I would like them delivered but the website wouldn't allow it while I purchased it. They very quickly responded by having the rugs delivered within 2 business days.
Both rugs are perfect. Very happy with both the outstanding level of customer service as well as the quality of the rugs.

Great quality and service! Fast delivery!

Outstanding service and products.
Immediate replies to any queries.
A real pleasure to do business with this beautiful family.
Thank you Maria

Nice person on phone. Helpful. Easy to chat to. Quality phone presence goes a long way. Did everything she said she would and promptly. Made it easy.
Rug arrived. Accurate to description.
Happy customer. To so many “other” retailers out there. It’s not that difficult. Just put good people on the phones.

Initial problems with courier were promptly resolved.

Thank you.
Good access via your website
Your photo gallery is a good representation of your rug portfolio.
Reply and delivery. Is prompt.

Excellent prompt shipping, and great service when there was a small omission on our multiple rug order. Great quality kilims, exactly as described in the website

We bought our rug online but were given the option of a full refund if it didn't work in our room or we were not satisfied. It arrived promptly, and we are delighted with our purchase, a large Chobi. The staff were most helpful and efficient. We would buy from Najaf again. Paul & Lee
