Fantastic service. Always very responsive and helpful when it comes to any issue. Recently the backlight on my unit went out and Tim came out within the week to replace it!

Firstly it is the best pool system the…
Firstly it is the best pool system the water quality makes swimming ideal.
On first reporting our fault with Naked support team it took less than a week to repair the issue with correct service personnel knowing what the issue was and having it operational again in less than 1 hour

I do not like the new Cu test strips
I do not like the new Cu test strips. they do not work well. The prior system using liquid indicators worked well

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, went above and beyond and still are with there tech support. When I hit troubles with water balancing or any questions they are only a phone call away, and always so polite and helpful. Absolutely love this company and there system. Purchased from leisure pools Fraser Coast Qld. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah Barbington her after sales help is top knotch.

The Naked pool system runs the pool…
The Naked pool system runs the pool itself, it is basically AI by just pushing a few buttons and it feels like we arent doing enough to keep the pool sparkling. We particularly chose the naked system because of skin conditions in the family and so far so good, no smell of chlorine and very little salt, we are more than happy that we chose the Naked pool system. We had a follow up call with the Naked pool customer service team to ensure everything is going ok and that they are available for any questions or troubleshooting we may have so their after delivery Customer service cannot be faulted.

The quick response to my diagnostics…
The quick response to my diagnostics and the main unit. They provided the next action clearly and required fix time.
I sent the module and informed of receipt and dispatch back real time.
Great communications from team and informed of software upgrade as well.

Absolutely fantastic after sale customer service. Any questions are answered promptly. I message a lot to make sure I am doing things right as the naked system is new to me. Tim in support and Roxy in sales are extremely helpful.
We have had our naked system running for a few months now and the water is crystal clear.
