The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. The tasting rooms are comfortable and the wine is great.

The wines have been good, timely shipping, never issues with delivery.

I purchased a very nice bottle of wine in conjunction with a sip and paint class that evening. My sister-in-law enjoyed both class and the wonderful bottle of wine very much. It was a great night our for both of us. (Me, in particular) I hope to do it again when I travel back into town. eh

They have a wine for everything you desire. From the sweet and amazing Wanderlust White to the Perfectly blended Rambling Red. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the most amazingly blend of nummy ever.

Stopped by their tasting room on a recent trip. Loved the wine. Loved the plastic bottle and other products. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

We love going to Naked to chill. Sometimes the tastings seem to take a long time but the staff is usually friendly, though I think I tend to "sip" fast. Always a great atmosphere, family friendly and great fun. The wine club is a great deal.

We joined Naked Winery 3 years ago. When we first joined we got fantastic service at the Bend location. And by service I mean every time we went in there for a tasting, we got a detailed education and explanation for each wine we had. Over the last year and half, that service disappeared. We barely got spoken too. Further, we use to able to take in as many friends/family as we wanted in for a tasting or a glass of wine and some snacks...now that has been limited to just 4 people and ONLY tastings (no glass of wine instead of a tasting). We just feel the service and what you got with your membership originally isn't what it was when signed up. Too bad...it was a nice place to hang out in the Old Mill District.

Sorry if you were mislead on number of free tastings per visit - in the membership contract you sign it states complimentary tasting for groups of four at any of our Tasting Rooms & Events. So your reply basically implies that I didn't read the small print when we signed up 3 years ago. Yes, that's true. But your sales staff in Bend verbally told us what the deal was 3 years ago. And for a year and half on multiple occasions we took more than 4 people in there at a time and they provided a tasting or glass of wine with no questions asked to everyone we brought in. Further, this is how we got introduced to the wine club as we too were guest of members. We thought was a good deal and decided to sign up for ourselves.

Your half-hearted apology doesn't mean much when you add in a comment about not reading the fine print. It comes across as "sorry but not sorry". This just confirms to me that dropping our membership was a good idea since the customer service is no longer what it used to be!

I have been a member for a few years now and absolutely LOVE it. I love the wine, the atmosphere and the free wine tastings are always fun.

Great value for the price and the events are a lot of fun!

As a member I love having wines delivered throughout the year. When I get a chance to visit a club location I am never disappointed in the atmosphere, staff or featured wines. Wishing Idaho to be on the next list of club tasting locations!!

I've been a member for about 1.5 years now.
The customer service used to be better (warmer, friendlier and more humble) a year ago. But when I called last time in September 2018 to inquire about my quarterly order (it incountered problems while being shipped), I felt aloof attitude. I was told that I can check the status at FedEx myself, which is totally cool. But I felt I had bothered with my call.
But the wine is as delicious as always!

Naked winery is definitely one of my favorite wineries. My husband and I both enjoy it and we love gifting it to people as well. It brings us closer together for date nights. The wine tastes so good I love it.

Very enjoyable visit - nice people - wines impressed, and we joined their club.

This was just not a wine tasting experience worth the time in my opinion. They have some good wines and plenty to select from, but I enjoy a tasting experience where the server is at least somewhat knowledgeable of the wines and a tasting room that doesn't seem like the corner bar on a Friday night. The staff seemed to cater more to a small group that had been there a while (obviously past their 3rd glass and we were there at 3:00). They may have been doing that to try to control them (as it was getting to that point at times) or felt the tips would have been better from that side of the room? Either way it wasn't a comfortable experience. I don't think we will keep our membership.

Most of my experiences have been pleasant and fun at Naked! I love the wine and the fun atmosphere!
