I recently underwent breast surgery with Mr. Patel, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process was outstanding. I am still under his care and truly appreciate how responsive and supportive he continues to be. The results have exceeded my expectations and have genuinely changed my life. I cannot thank Mr. Patel and his team enough for their incredible work and compassionate care.

Nakul and Kristina were absolutely incredible. They showed genuine care towards my wellbeing and explained everything clearly. I felt in safe hands and had someone to contact should I need it.

Dr Patel, and his team at Spire Leicester were incredible from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much to ask and they all went above and beyond to provide me with the best results and care.

From my first consultation, I knew that Dr Patel was the person who I wanted to do my surgery as he was clearly an expert in his field, whilst also having a very kind, caring and approachable manner. He was able to answer all of my questions well and listened to my goals for my body and was able to advise where appropriate.

The results that Dr Patel achieved has completely change my life for the better, giving me back my self confidence and eliminating the constant back pain that I suffered from daily. I cannot thank him enough.

The aftercare has also been fantastic. If I ever need another surgery of any sort, Dr Patel will be my first choice of who I would want to do it. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Apart from his first class surgical skills, the personal care provided by Mr Patel made this experience special. He always had time to explain each part of the procedure and answer any questions. I never felt rushed or unable to discuss things.

Also Kristina was fantastic at making all the arrangements with hospitals, etc. The whole experience was seamless.

In May of this year I was diagnosed with a suspected basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on the top edge of my ear and was referred to Mr Nakul Patel by my Dermatologist. My wife and I met Mr Patel at his clinic in the Leicester Spire Hospital and from the very first moment we were made to feel very welcome and quickly became very comfortable and confident in him. He examined my ear and then explained what he could do to remove the BCC. He told me there were three options with different aesthetic outcomes . He drew diagrams to explain what he was telling me and we discussed each one. We reached a general consensus, but I really gave him a free hand to do whatever he felt would give me the best outcome. The procedure went very well and the whole time he and his team made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. The outcome has been fantastic and apart form my ear being slightly smaller, it is not possible to see that anything has been done. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome and the whole process and thank him, his team and his PA Kristina.

A very warm and calm professional, who communicates well to explain the procedure simply and at length so that the patient is fully informed or next steps, priorities and long term outcomes. Instantly you feel relaxed in his company and trust his ability and professionalism. I feel very lucky to have been treated and cared for by Mr Patel

The operation was carried out at Spire Leicester, and the process was smooth and professional throughout. After surgery we were able to attend Spire Nottingham for dressing changes and follow-up care, which made things far more convenient. The staff at both locations were efficient, kind and reassuring.

The entire process from when I first met Mr Patel to when I saw the results of the work he had completed in removing multiple lesions from my back, was done in a truly professional and caring manner. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism.

I recently had a keloid removal procedure with Dr Nakul Patel, and I honestly could not recommend enough.

He was incredibly compassionate and took the time to have normal, everyday conversations (even about family life and our then 1-month-old son), which instantly put me at ease. He explained all the treatment options thoroughly and recommended the one best suited to my needs.

Dr Nakul Patel is warm, kind, and reassuring. He treated my daughter first, then my wife, and then me. To have a plastic surgeon of this calibre in our part of the UK is unprecedented. His work is masterful; for example, he cut a suspicious mole well within my hairline. Two days after I had my stitches removed, I had my hair cut at a hairdresser's. The hairdresser noticed the procedure within my hairline; she was surprised by how neat Dr Patel's work was. Also, my wife and I had moles removed from the front of our faces. Neither of us has any noticeable marks where the moles were present. One would not often look forward to seeing a doctor again.
I look forward to continuing to be treated by Dr. Patel and confidently recommend him to anyone.

My Mum recently had a procedure completed by Mr Patel and she highly recommends his care and skill. Very helpful and listened to all of my concerns around my ear keloid. The steroid injections were a wonderful way to help reduce the size of the scar tissue and Mr Patel and I were both very pleased with the results.

I had a scalp cyst removed from my front hairline, which was very visible. Having just had a hair transplant, I was worried about how it might affect my hairline. Mr. Patel used his expertise to discuss the pros and cons and the different ways of removing the cyst, always keeping aesthetics in mind. His experience was immediately evident, and the way he approached problem-solving was truly impressive.

Throughout both the consultations and the procedure, he and his team were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The post-op care was fantastic. Most importantly, three months on, my results are amazing. I couldn’t recommend Mr. Patel enough!

My dermatologist diagnosed early-stage skin cancer on the side of my nose early in 2025. Although the removal was straightforward , repairing the resulting excision with 5mm margin presented quite a challenge.
