Love the non toxic activewear!! Very responsive and helpful customer service!!

I placed two orders totaling nearly $500 in July and November of last year when the company was operating under the name Namarie. I never received the products.

Over several months, delivery dates were repeatedly pushed back. I was patient and willing to wait as long as the items eventually arrived. However, on February 25th, I received an email stating the company was closing and that all orders had been refunded.

I never received a refund. When I followed up over a month later, I was told that Shopify would not allow them to process refunds and that I should dispute the charge with my bank.

The company is now operating as Valinor under the same ownership (as confirmed via an email sent to all of their customers on March 26th).

If I hadn’t reached out, I’m not confident I would have received any update or resolution on my refund. This was a very frustrating experience. Please look at the reviews for Namarie and see why I would be wary of ordering from this brand.

I am OBSESSED with this fabric. Non-toxic is so hard to get right. In the activewear game, Valinor is the only thing I'll wear. Threw out all my other leggings and sports bras the second I felt the fabric. There customer service people are also really nice and replied quickly to me. Love!

Update: I have been told Namarie and Valinoractive are different brands, although it seems to be the same product with a new name. Valinoractive did issue me a store credit to rectify the situation. I will update this again when the clothes actually arrive , as the lack if delivery with Namarie is how this all started.

I am writing this for Namarie, as they have told me that this separate company, Valinoractive is handling all their issues going forward. Namarie closed their brand, but not before failing to deliver an order of nearly $500. They cancelled my order but then said Shopify wouldn’t issue the refund since the brand had shut down. The told me to open a dispute with my bank, and they would honor it and refund the money. That didn’t happen. Then Namarie passed me on to Valinoractive who said “leave reviews on our platforms and we’ll issue you a gift card in the amount of the order”. TBH I loved Namarie’s clothes, and I’m bummed they’re out of business, but the customer sucks. It took over 6 months for me to get one of my orders, the other never even got delivered. There were weeks when no one responded to my emails. I guess this new company is how they are rebranding? Hopefully th quality of the clothes stays the same and the quality of customer service skyrockets, bc it can’t get much lower.

Haven’t received my order from Valinor yet, but the same fabric from Namarie is great! It does run large, I sized down for bottoms and bras.

The fabric is amazing, it’s soft, stretchy, and fits just right. they move with you and don’t restrict. The best nontoxic leggings on the market!

I’ve been on the hunt for a nontoxic workout set and these are by far some of the best material I’ve tried!!

I have been dying to get some nontoxic workout clothes and was so sad when Namarie closed down, but I’m so happy that Valinor will continue to sell this fabric! I love all of their options and that they have a longer performance short. Can’t wait for my order to arrive!

The BEST non toxic leggings! I have been on a search for a while and these are the winners! They are the softest, stretchiest leggings ever. I will never go back to any other kind.

The leggings and material is great. They are soft and stretchy.

I bought my first 3 pairs of leggings over a year ago and I absolutely LOVE them! They fit me so well through pregnancy and post partum and feel so much better than polyester. I wish I had 100 more pairs 😍 looking forward to getting some matching bras now!
