I have very bad experience. I have order medicine which was showing ex-stock. After placing order, it was canceled by them due to unavailability. But they have not refund the money.

Strongly recommend never go with 'namaste medico'.
It is a online cheating website.

I had the worst experience with [Namastemedico website ]. I placed an order on [March 7, 2025] and made a payment of [Rs 3050 /-]. Shortly after, I was notified that my order was canceled due to the non-availability of the item. However, since then, I have received NO communication or response from their customer service, and most importantly, NO REFUND for my payment. I’m still waiting for any sort of update, response, or my money back. This site is clearly unreliable and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. I’m now forced to take further action to get my money back.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam!
