Used 2 drivers, 4 times in total. One wouldn't give a receipt because he won't declare his earnings.
WORSE - The company started billing me the next week for 3 months for services not provided (I wasn't even in Edmonton after I initially used them!)!!
I emailed & phoned, getting to speak to some level of manager. They kept billing. They finally stopped only when my credit card company threatened them with court action!

Super bad service. Terrible customer service, priced to gouge you, profiles with little to no info. Avoid!!

horrible customer service. cannot get anyone to respond to emails, voicemails, etc. does not allow me to sign in. however, they are quick to process payment with zero services.

I cannot tell you how much I despise this company. It advertises itself as free but you cannot do anything without paying. They blur your messages between any potential nannies in key areas, which means that your messages are being monitored. Then payment is AUTOMATICALLY on auto-renewal, which means you have to opt out of being charged on a monthly basis. This was not clear to me and they successfully ripped me off. Go elsewhere, these people just want your money

Careful posting all your information it’s a big scam

Within a few days, we connected with many nannies, most of whom had background checks and detailed profiles. The site was easy to use, and it was helpful to read reviews from other families and message candidates directly.

We ended up hiring a wonderful part-time nanny who quickly became part of the family. She’s kind, punctual, and amazing with our kids.

I got scammed in this website! When I demanded an answer (for the second time) I was told scammers frequent the site and they have no control over it. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES!!!! They do not vet the people posting in their site. It’s dangerous!!!!!

Also seems to be a scam to me. Tried to hire a housekeeper but can’t get any messages or contact details through their site. Simply extorting customers to pay for “premium” which is undoubtedly as useless as basic.

Complete scam - as a person looking for a housekeeper they site shows qualified potential candidates but with fake descriptions and fake experience- go to contact them and contact is blocked with a message that says need 48 hours verification even though have subscribed for over a week - this site should be shut down as a fraud

Don’t waste your time!! This app is a scam! I paid for 1month membership and the next 2 weeks my membership was expired. Tried contacting costumer service on the app and on the phone. Nobody answers or reply.
Is odd that monthly membership renewal and on top of that most of the profiles don’t log in for months!

A horrible service where even for communication you have to pay money. A few free messages, and then minimum $ 50 that does not guarantee success in search

There is zero customer support. You can call to leave a message. You can use the chat feature. You can fill out the online contact form for no response. None whatsoever. My issue is that I am a very qualified provider and was looking to help elderly folks. I have many certifications which I submitted along with my identification. No response. They sat for more than 10 days waiting for approval. Now they have copies of my certifications and looks like they haven't seen them and haven't approved anything but they have my information which makes me really uncomfortable. I have deleted the account, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, reached out one last time by phone today again, no response. You should not be able to conduct business in an unprofessional way especially when the service you provide is for caring for children and elderly. This is the only place I have uploaded my credentials to so if anything happens I will know exactly where to go should they try to steal my identity or use my name in anyway. Just a warning for other providers and also for clients. There is no responsibility with Nanny Services Canada. At All!

In this website there are lots of agencies that they are looking for families to have them all together and there is no chance to catch families. And also there are lots of scammers in this website who are only looking for your phone number and chat on WhatsApp for their goals,several time i texted to website’s manager that there are lots of people and agencies that don’t belong to here , but they dont care about it. Agencies pay premium to catch and vaccum all clients, Ofcourse web manager never block them .
Unfortunately there is no chance to have only one client there.
