Order was shipped few days, took around one week i received in Finland. All was packed well, and as i know genuine products. Recommend as product variety is same as walk in ayurveda store in India.

At that time, the European Customs department had placed restrictions on bulk shipments of certain Indian sweet products due to a heightened drugs-threat alert. We made the decision to stop the bulk shipment to prevent your goods from getting stuck at customs and to protect you from a potentially heavy financial loss.

We understand this was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. Please message us with your order details so we can suggest the safest alternative shipping options (split shipments / different routing) and help you plan the next dispatch smoothly. 🙏

Order not delivered.

I placed Order No. 4188 at 2025-07-07
On 2025-07-27, Prithvi Mart sends mail, that order is shipped to Denmark.
On 2025-08-10, Prithvi Mart sends mail, that order has been delivered 14 days ago (apparently approx. same day it was shipped) and they want me to Review the company.
I have constantly sent them e-mails and get NO response.
And of course - I have NOT received the Order.
So now I am going to get my bank to redraw the payment.

Fake Scam Company - Stay Away

I am from UK, I placed an order on their website. The same day my credit card details were used at various other locations. They had fraudulently used my card.

On their website it states they will deliver within 7-8 business days. After they failed I contacted them several times. No response. After a month they did respond and made lame excuses as to why the order was not fulfilled.

After 8 weeks the products eventually were delivered. However, they were fake and not the genuine items.
I'm left really frustrated and angry.

Stay away from this company!

Thanks. I wasnt getting vagdevi rasayana from anywhere else online. You got them for me. It was a bit of wait but considering it comes from india, it was smooth enough.

They sent half order and leaked products and took one month to receive it

They never respond and sent incomplete order . Waited one month still few items are missing from order .

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. A few of the products you ordered were discontinued by the manufacturer, and we had already informed you about this and processed a refund for those unavailable items.

Regarding the leaked product, the refund has also been issued. Since this was shipped via airmail, sometimes pressure differences can unfortunately cause leakage, though we have now improved our repackaging to prevent such issues in the future.
