Experience with BRSK.

Sales guy I dealt with on the phone to arrange the contract etc Joel was great and went extra mile. STEVIE G the fitter who installed the broadband was excellent.Kept us updated with estimated times of arrival and arrived early in the bitter cold.He was timely, explained everything clearly and cleaned up after the work and left everything tidy. Deserved a cup of coffee and biscuits. Well done STEVIE G!!

Fantastic Fibre Broadband installation.

Stevie G installed my fibre broadband and did a fantastic job with his colleague Callum. Really nice guys and respectful of my home. Explained everything as to where they would place the equipment and wiring. Explained how to use the modem and wrote down the passwords. Very efficient and respectful. Great job, thank you very much.

The engineer

The engineer, Tom R, was highly skilled and very friendly. He clearly knew his work and completed the installation efficiently without taking extra time. Everything was set up perfectly and working as it should. Very pleased with the service.

Was very polite, efficient and left inside and outside clean and tidy.
He was also very patient helping me set up on my phone. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Stevie was fantastic

Stevie was fantastic, his service was perfect, he showed me everything that he was doing and made me feel very comfortable about the installation and gave me lots of options, he was able to provide all the aftercare and I’m very happy with my new service!
