I discovered I was being charged as frquently as 3 times per month for a subsciption I was not aware of. When I confronted the company the poor girl who got me tried her best to make it my fault. Only when I threatened to contact the attorney generals office in their state did they agree to refund 10 of the charges. I will audit my records to see if that is all of them.
If not we will have additional conversations. I wonder if they have heard of Smiling Bob.

I tried to make a purchase for five simple neuropathy socks. their site dragged me into a total of 16 items totally over $700. absolutely horrible I cancel the whole order they have yet to credit me but I'll get my money back. horrendous.

This is the shadiest company ever
This is the shadiest company ever. I picked like buy 2 get 1 free, but then “free” was like another $11 shipping. You know could not ship with other 2 apparently. I should have just left then but I decide to just do the 2. That’s how desperate we want this to work right. I go thru it says my hill is $68 not the $39 I saw earlier Ave it already charged me before it showed altered cost . And it added expedited shipping and it’s not what I round pick and it’s not getting here or like 10 days . I saw in their legal policy they have a subscription available now. I immediately checked link. Was SUBSCRIBED. So cancelled I hope it cancels if I don’t trust it . Go check yours before u get billed. I’m not even gonna try the socks too much shade . Stole money I didn’t ageee too

Scamming company charges a monthly subscription fee for no reason.
I saw an ad online last year for nanosocks. And I decided to buy a pair to see if it would help with my neuropathy. Socks arrived, but I have VERY wide feet and could not get them on at all. So, i just tossed the socks someplace and never ordered any more. Starting May of 2025, they started charging my Discover account $38 for a subscription. I have no idea what the subscription was for as I never got any product or benefit. Since it's a 'subscription' Discover will automatically push the charge through even if you have gotten a new Discover card number. I was never warned that they'd charge me for a subscription, but that doesn't matter to them. This is an evil company.

Absolutely disgusting company. Have been charging my 80 year old mum £38 a month for months. She didn’t realise or sign up for anything and has not been receiving g any products. I can’t find any subscription so can’t cancel it.

Do not do business with this company They are a bunch of scammers !!
I bought socks from them. Once they have your credit card number they charge you a monthly charge of $38
for a non existant "subscription".
Bunch of crooked scammers.
Scammers did refund my credit card charges when confronted with the unauthorized charges.

first I order the leg supports..and you had the nerve to now add 38.73 a month to my card...I am a senor and can not afford this on my card each month...I have tried to call you many time and after 2 min. you hang up or say leave a message...which you do not call back...I have put a complaint in with the BBB and if I have to will close out this card...which should stop you from adding this to my account

Good product but beware

It took me a while to find (my fault) as I HAD placed a second order,and even ordered some for a friend, but when I finally dug deep to see what was charged/when, they were charging me for 10 months!!
Have gotten this cancelled, and a partial refund from the company.
Just beware of your charges, or reoccuring charges.

I admit they felt good when I put them…
I admit they felt good when I put them on. A few hours later, my leg above the top of the socks became painful. It was swelling and had deep gauge in it. I have mild edema in my feet and ankles. IF you have foot pain the socks may help. It did not help with mild edema, just caused more pain. I was very disappointed. I'll go back to my Tubigrips.

BEWARE..The socks are nothing special-just O.K. BUT they charged my credit card for something I did not buy or subscribe to. The girl said she would credit it back to my card. We'll see. Check your credit card statement well after your purchase or don't purchase.

They have been taking money from my account on a monthly basis, which I knew nothing about.
I received socks from this company is 2024. Without me realising, they have been taking £38.73 every month for a subscription I never signed into. After I contacted them they stopped one payment but ignored my request for the other 7 payment.
