I ordered directly from naroomask.com on March 16 2026 and never received the masks. The package was delivered to wrong country according to the tracking page. I contacted naroo via their contact form on April 8 2026 regarding the issue and despite my follow-up email (April 19), I got no further response nor solution at all from naroo.

I think I have been using Naroo masks for about 3 or 4 years now.
They do the job well. Keep me protected from the elements, keep me warm on cold bicycle rides and the quality really is very good. I only recently had the throw one away after using it A LOT ;-)

FS5 does the job wonderfully

Враження таке, що маски F3F та F9F дійсно фільтрують повітря. Важко сказати, але, здається, запах вихлопних газів я у цих масках відчував значно менше. Єдине, що мені здається, що в області носа вони охоплюють не дуже щільно, тому повітря може проходити без фільтрування. Хоча, можливо, я якось неправильно їх надягаю, треба більше досвіду.

amazing product, best thing is the breathability of the fabric.

Thailand sunlight is hot. Your mask is very good except around neck area. It’s too tight and not long enough to protect from sunlight.

The product is of very good quality and as described. The efficient and punctual service. The package arrived in very good condition.

This mask is great and did help my goggles not to fog up. I only had 2 issues with it (thus my 4 star review). 1st is that the cloth the material that goes over your nose would slide over my nostrils every once in a while and would somewhat restrict breathing and get wet. My other issue would be that I didn't really like how the bare plastic cage that pulls the cloth away from your mouth felt on my face (the plastic touches your skin). Other than the 2 things I mentioned the mask worked great. It was warm, kept my goggles from fogging up and looks cool. It is expensive but does what it is supposed to do. Would I buy again or recommend to a friend, absolutely. If the fixed the 2 things I mentioned it would make this mask absolutely perfect.

We love Naroo FU+ Cooper, usually wear daily outside in flu season, and also winter. This time we wear it when flight from HK to Penang, Malaysia and all is good as expexted. This was our repeat order of these mask.

I’m grateful to have found this mask, because it does what I wanted:
1. Keeps my face warm.
2. I can breathe in cold weather without hurting my throat.
3. Whatever moisture collects on the mask never touches my face.
It fits well and adjusts easily, so I don’t have to mess with it. The air coming in is filtered a bit, temp-wise, so I can huff and puff without freezing my throat.
I’ve worn this for a month, walking nearly every morning with temps in the 20s and 30s, and I’m very happy with it!
One downside: the plastic part goes right on top of your skin. It’s flexible so it doesn’t pinch or anything—it’s not uncomfortable or even annoying, really. It just takes a small while to get used to. That said, it’s not at all a deal breaker, and this mask is totally worth it. I’ll probably buy another one for myself and several for family.

Use them in winter. They are great! Comfy and warm. Does not cover with ice. I am so satisfies.

The face mask is very comfortable to wear during hot sun. The best I've tried so far.
But just out of curiosity, I buy 2 color same size but come out one is much more bigger
