Great product that really does well to clear my airways. Better than the competitor. Customer service is also great, they helped me to resolve a minor issue and make sure I can keep using the machine for months after the purchase.

I recently contacted Nasal Fresh MD customer support because I forgot to include my house number on a shipment, and the representative who helped me was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, professional, and resolved the issue right away. I truly appreciate how attentive and efficient she was — it made the whole experience stress-free. I was given a NaselFresh machine for gift and it stopped working. I emailed the company and they help me assist me with a replacement. I really appreciate the help with the customer service rep Michelle.

Nasal Fresh MD works well and helps keep my nasal passages clear and moisturized. It’s gentle and easy to use. The only minor issue is the spray can sometimes take a couple of tries to work properly. Overall, a good product.

Talk about life-saving, these last few weeks I have been down bad, bad with tonsillitis, strep, a cold, and the flu. Between blowing my nose and intense headaches because of pressure buildup, I thought I would never recover. That was until I was finally able to gather enough strength to use the NASALFRESH MD Dual-Powered Nasal Irrigation System Nasal Rinse and Wash. I finally felt relief in my head, face, and ears as the backed-up gunk released.

I struggle with seasonal allergies, especially pollen, and congestion can be a real issue for me—especially since I sing.

I’ve used a neti pot before, but NasalFreshMD felt like a step up. The first time I used it, I had the pressure set a little too high and it surprised me at first 😭 but after adjusting it, the experience was much smoother.

I used it as directed with distilled water, and it was easy to incorporate into my routine. After using it, I noticed my breathing felt clearer and more comfortable.

I really love my NasalFresh MD. I was skeptical at first but when you really think about it pulling a saline solution into and out of your nose really makes sense. I had used the squeeze bottles and always felt that I was just pushing the gunk in my nose further into my sinus's. For that reason I decided to try the NasalFresh MD and I was not disappointed.

Unfortunately, within the first 30 days it stopped working properly. Since I had registered the device I contacted the company directly and spoke to Coleen. I explained what was happening and she made the arrangements to send me a replacement. She also told me how to make my device work so I could still use it every day until my replacement arrived. That is what I call excellent customer service. NasalFresh MD truly cares about their customers and wants to maintain that relationship for the long term.

I’ve been using NasalFreshMD and it’s honestly been such a helpful addition to my routine. The formula is gentle but effective, and I noticed how much clearer and more comfortable my breathing felt after using it consistently. I really appreciate that it doesn’t burn or feel harsh , it’s soothing, easy to use, and it has been helping with my snoring. It helped reduce that dry, irritated feeling I sometimes get, and it made my sinuses feel more open and balanced. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I got to test it. From 10/31/25 til 2/20/26 I had suffered

My allergies was really bad and I can't breathe and I was sneezing like crazy. I added a packet of saline and use the nasal irrigation and it help me so much. It helps cleans the pollen out of my nasal and I can finally breathe again. I was kinda scared of using it but it helps with my allergies! The pollen is so bad this season so this is a MUST plus a hepa filter.

I actually reallyyyy love NasalFresh MD and didn’t expect to like it this much. It gives that super clean, fresh feeling instantly and makes it so much easier to breathe without feeling harsh or uncomfortable at all. I’ve tried other things before, and this one just feels way more gentle and easy to use.
I also really like that it uses a simple saline solution instead of anything medicated. It makes me feel a lot better about using it regularly, and it honestly feels kind of like a reset for my nose—especially after long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a little stuffy.
The design is nice, it’s easy to put together, and overall the experience is actually really satisfying. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed until you try it.
The only downside for me is the silicone tips. They don’t really fit my nose properly, so it can be a bit uncomfortable and sometimes hard to get a good seal. I really wish they included different sizes because I feel like that would make a huge difference.
But overall, I still really enjoy using it and would recommend it. If they improve the tip sizing, it would honestly be perfect!

This item helped me through a very bad sinus infection and seemed to help clean and keep my sinuses hydrated.

I've used a netipot for years but wanted a better solution. After reviewing a number of products on-line and watching a few video reviews, I decided to purchase the NasalFresh MD Dual Powered Nasal Irrigation System. I love the fact that I don't have to hold the entire machine to my face. This thing pushes water up one nostril and pulls it out the other. Be warned though this thing is powerful so if you are really clogged up, you may not want to set it at the highest setting, I had water coming out of my tear ducts on the middle setting.

I love my nasal fresh machine, helps me clear my nose, I love the fact that I can use any saline product and don’t have to depend on the pods from the other manufacturer.
