BEWARE OF SCAM!!
I accidentally ordered a subscription from them last year and emailed them to cancel the order, which they did, only to find out now that that “didn’t count” for cancelling the subscription. Only the one order, so now they are billing me for this, along with the subsequent subscription that I made. Very shady business practices

Works effectively......WHEN IT WORKS! Pump simply stopped working SHORTLY AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED. Things that make you go, "Hmmmmm...."
No battery indicator. No on/off switch. No way to troubleshoot the problem without wasting multiple EXPENSIVE salt pods!!!! Again...."Hmmmmm...." I think I'll go back to simply shooting Alkalol up my nose with an atomizer! At least that was dependable....

I been using Navage for over 5 years . First 3 years worked great . Since then have been through 4 more .
Problem I have is get battery leakage in battery compartment and ruined 3 units before I noticed . Over a month ago Navage sent me a refurbished Navage .
Used 4 weeks and noticed the tower brown spot in battery cover so took off and battery was leaking .
I only used Duracell or energizer.
The problem I see is battery compartment is in with the return water .
Today I email support and asked if was using correct batteries.
Agent comes back and said I need to rinse unit with bottom cover on if not could get leakage in to battery compartment .
I told her I only rinse with the tube that goes in nostril and maybe the cover is leaking .
She came back told me cover wouldn’t leak and make sure is tight which it is .
So battery compartment is right above water and what she tells me water can’t seep into battery compartment but if I rinse without bottom on water can seep in .
Why would anyone make a battery compartment in where water goes to start with ? Bad design.
I would NOT recommend this product to anyone .
I will never buy one again .
4 purchased units they work good but can’t keep buying them plus batteries last 4 weeks and keep buying the pods .
Other products will try .

Product design is questionable. Soon after the warranty expires expect corrosion or failure of the on/off switch. My original purchase lasted 15 months. The replacement lasted 14 months. Both had battery failure due to moisture and/or battery rupture in a dry compartment. Customer service was not interested in the failures only the warranty date. She offered no solutions only a costly replacement. Contacting the CEO on Linkedin proved worthless. Should you buy this product, consider your investment valid for one year.

I received this product as a Christmas gift. Found it to be poorly built and very difficult to use. Water does not flow like it’s supposed to and causes me to gag to the point of discomfort. After one week of trying to use it I threw it in the trash. Sure glad I didn’t have to pay for it.

Using for about a year. Product works well for occasional sinus irrigation to clear mucous due to colds, allergies, etc. More effective and less messy than a Neti pot or sinus rinse bottle. Annoying that it’s designed to require use of their plastic saline capsules but very easy to hack to permit use of your own less wasteful saline solution.

The company could make a quality product. Good idea, poor execution. I have had two machines. The first one worked for over a year before it quit on me. 2nd worked less than a year. Today, just like the last machine, it flat out quit on me. I replaced the batteries. Dead. I cleaned it again and again, still dead. I called the company when my second one quit working and they offered hardly nothing. They would not replace it.

Worst product ever I'm more stufferior now then before I used it & the water runs down your throat I don't recommend

Horrible customer service!!! The girl over the phone called Cathy or sth., spoke with utmost arrogance, not a single smile can be felt over the other side, just giving cold bloody orders asking you to, AGAIN, go through the whole cleaning procedure with her, simply because she needed to hear the water going while she gave orders!! How distrustful is this person and this company on its customers?! Why would we throw a hundred dollar on sth. so plastically made and easily broken?! I merely had it for two weeks and now the power button doesn’t press in. She refuses to replace it with a new one and hung up on me bluntly! The WORST customer service in the whole United States! No one should buy their product just because of her attitude. Who does she think she is?! No one deserve to suffer with her after paying them to do what they should!

This is my 3rd and LAST Navage. The first one worked for over a year before it quit on me. 2nd and third worked less than a year. I used it once a day and followed cleaning instructions after every single use. I rely on it to prevent sinus infections and congestion. Tonight, just like the last machine, it flat out quit on me. I replaced the batteries. Dead. I cleaned it again and again, still dead. I called the company when my second one quit working and they offered hardly nothing. They would not replace it. I got another one out of desperation and here I am again. Not only did I waste another $100 on another 3rd machine, I have a case of their very expensive salt pods. I got a simpler battery operated nasal irrigator that cost $40 and doesn’t have all the fragile and sensitive parts on it. I can also use any salt packets I want to, at much lower prices. Never again, Navage. I am at maximum frustration with your product.

I did use a few times the Navage. It just didn't work for me. I would get a full mouth of water for one. Yes, I just was not having a good experience. It says to use it twice a day. All the cleaning tools in keeping it clean for one, was just another thing to do in taking care of it. The more I read about the Navage and for me was so much involved and time consuming. My situation was not as serious. It is great for anyone or everyone who has been helped. It just didn't work for me.

I bought mine, after three uses it died. Went through the process and they sent a replacement. It’s been about a year, I use it almost daily. Very happy with it.

The Good: When it works there is good suction and it cleans out your nose. The Bad: However it stops working very frequently. I have had 5 in 3 years. Typically It lasts for about 6 months. But, I have had one only work a handful of months and one that worked for about 8 or 9 months. The Very Bad: he one I have been using since the last replacement now doesn't work. And, since this replacement they shipped me is a model from 2020 (they shipped it in 2023), they refuse to replace it. They say it's out of warranty and my problem. Conclusion: Buy at your own risk. You won't get help from them if something goes wrong.

Water in the battery compartment due to bad design. For the price and the location of the battery compartment, it should have a seal on the lid. Only worked for 2 months, so $50 per month.

Navage does clean your sinus's but it does by also removing all the mucous in your nose, sinuses & nasal cavities.
Too much mucous makes it difficult to breath but removing all mucous leaves a person completely unprotected by the body's defense against bacterial & viral contaminants/particulates in the air which you breath in but are trapped in your nasal passages coated with mucous fortified with macrophages which attack & kill these airborn pathogens. Nasal decongestants allow the blockage to be dissolved & removed without completely flushing away your defenses. Doctors that recommend this product for anything but extreme cases of blockage for very infrequent use are simply ignorant as they solve one problem but leave the user exposed to any airborn pathogen to enter & replicate to the point when the macrophage laiden mucous returns but can no longer overcome the unchecked replication of these bacterial/viral colonies potentially causing far worse health concerns.
Nasal irrigation must be done in the proper setting where exposure to airborn pathogens are greatly minimized such as in a hospital setting. Not doing so or warning users that nasal irrigation can open the user up to other negative health consequences. Anyone that uses this product on a daily basis is using it improperly.

I’ve had swollen sinus for years. This device has been a game changer. Total relief. Can’t remember a time I’ve breathed with nasal capacity. Highly recommend

I have read other reviews and I disagree that it doesn't work. I find it to be the best system yet for irrigating and cleaning the nasal passages. I have used this machine for 3 years. I joined the "club" so I regularly buy the pods which are expensive. So, when the machine breaks (and they do), I get a replacement. I have mentioned though that there is definitely a design flaw. No matter how I have cleaned this thing, water still gets into the battery compartment and it stops working. I dislike that. Also, I have noticed a serious decline in the customer service. For example, my machine died last night. I called earlier today and was told someone would call me back. That was about six hours ago. This poor customer service and design flaw are my reasons for giving this a 3.

I had deviated septum surgery seven days ago and the Navage has been a life safer over taking antihistamines to clear by nasal passages. I have been using twice a day for the last four days, morning and before bed, and the irrigation provided by the Navage unit truly dries me out and I believe promotes the healing process.

After my purchase excitement wore off, I realized the simple Saline solution which should be cheaply obtained to replenish the unit is NOT CHEAP, for the tricky Navage own brand " Salt Pod" is designed to suck lots of $$$ from me since the Unit would not operate without the Navage brand Salt Pod, get it?
Then machine stopped working after a few months, I emailed the Navage support and was told that I need to change the batteries, which only needs a Screwdriver, so I did, but the screws would not come off, I figured tho I'm not a genius, changeing batteries should not be that hard.
Then I took it to my DIY expert friend, and even him could NOT get the cover off.
The unit sat on my counter for a month, I finally got sick of it and got it opened somehow, the batteries are all rusted out by then, the machine is RUINED, I emailed the Support again and the lady Cait told me that my fault for keeping the machine dirty, and they will NOT replace it. ha; of course pics look bad because of the damn rust ruined everything.
This machine causing more money and headaches and chemical exposure since the battery compartment designed POORLY, arrogant Customer Service just want me to spend more money.
in conclusion:
I'm going back to the Walgren brand of Nasal Wash pot 12 bucks, no frill but no danger nor receiving grief, unlike NAVAGE, a piece of REAL EXPENSIVE JUNK.

I've been using this for a few years and it works great for CLEANING OUT my sinuses. It is NOT a cure. If the mucus returns (stuffy nose) soon after use it is because you have a serious sinus problem. Possibly an infection. I had the same problem. It can't fix the sinus problem. Just gets out the nasty stuff that can become a dark green if not rinsed out. If your unit stops working, it may be because you cleaned it wrong and got water into the battery compartment. Simply pull the batts. clean and dry it completely. You may have to use rice. Or maybe you don't have the top part 'locked in' properly. The only reason why mine would work is for these reasons or maybe bad batts. Give it a chance. I just delt with the batt issue. Everything is dried out and it works great. Good luck.
