Turned up on time, exactly what I ordered

The kit for our new wet room was delivered quickly and there was no charge for P & P. The plumber was very pleased with the quality and he was also impressed with the price which I was told was very reasonable. We then had a little disaster when the plumber took the legs off the tile on grate and accidentally lost them. I called Nassboards and they mailed a further 4 legs the same day and free of charge! There was no fuss, no questions, just great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I'm a bathroom installer and frequently purchase similar products. I've ordered from Just multiple times and they are a reliable company that delivers quickly. However, there's one issue – the corners of the tile boards often arrive damaged, likely during shipping.

Brilliant website and excellent price

We inadvertently ordered the wrong shower tray and they could not have been more helpful in allowing us to return the item and send out the correct one.

From 1st ordering the company couldnt be more helpful I received a superb quality heat matt with basic instructions glue resin duct tape all lovely and carefully sealed in foam. Delivery was next day this was after a poor courier failing his role for the company. Il be using nassboards again YOU really should give them a try they seem underpriced with the quality there selling grab a bargain

From the start to finish great.
I was unlucky to misplace a part from the waste system. Guys from Nassboard quickly was able to sort a replacement for me. Couldn't ask for better service.

Just bought a 2000W Generator, there were some mixed reviews of Nassboards, particularly with regards to comms and Reception.
I can honestly say the lady on Reception was really helpful, my email was responded to almost immediately, product arrived on time with full tracking and worked perfectly!!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for wet room trays. The product is great and the prices are fair, the customer service however is outstanding. If you order the wrong type (because of a necessary re-design) they make it super easy to return (for a very fair £20) and re-order. Great company.

After purchasing a wet room former kit from Nassboards I was very disappointed to receive the wrong colour grate. I purchased the product wanting a gold grate but received a bronze grate.
On contacting Nassboards I was met with rudeness on the phone by not one but two members of staff. Finally I got through to someone who wanted to help but unfortunately when I sent photos of said grate the person replying to my emails is clearly colour blind.
I’d avoid this company as their customer service is very poor.
Products are cheap and of poor quality.
Products are not what are advertised.
