I have purchased Nassboards previously, from Amazon and have been very happy with their products. This time I decided to purchase directly with them as when I made a technical enquiry directly with them I received extremely quick and friendly communication, something you don't seem to get via the resellers.

I received my order, the foil mat and some underlay, unfortunately in-between receiving it and fitting it, I had tested the matting and it seems the resistance ratings were off. After contacting them about this they (Martin) advised it would not be wise to continue with the installation and that they would send out a replacement right away.

An incredibly generous response, fantastic customer service and a very friendly manner.

Despite the product potentially being faulty, the quality of it is great, easy to fit and cut, as I've found previously on similar products I've purchased and look forward to fitting and using the replacement.

I purchased a shower kit from Nassboards about a year ago, and recently I faced a blockage issue in one of the wetroom pipes. While investigating, the waste broke, so I reached out to their customer service to purchase a replacement.

To my surprise, the team at Nassboards was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was their service prompt and professional, but they also shipped the replacement part FOC (free of charge) for next-day delivery! Thanks to their kindness and efficiency, I was able to fix the issue immediately.

I can’t thank these guys enough for going above and beyond. I've already shared their name with all my trade friends, and I hope this brings them the extra business they truly deserve. It’s rare to find such a kind and customer-focused company these days.

My first order arrived incredibly quickly, but I realised I had ordered the wrong drain. Martin was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost. Outstanding service! Couldn’t be happier!

Exactly what I ordered

Bought 3 thermostats for electric underfloor heating. 2 wouldn't stay on long enough to heat the room to the desired temp.

Called then emailed. Great customer service from Martin and we worked out why. A quick change of settings and I was all sorted.

Even though the service was email only, responses were quick and I was sorted within the day.

Nassboards, kept my loft conversion on track, where another big supplier failed miserably.
Not only did I get a better deal but most importantly they were very communicative. They dispatched my order the day after I placed it.
My order arrived 48hrs after I placed it, no fuss nor bother.
I also changed my mind about the design on the grate that came with my order, I could not have asked them to be more responsive, understanding or generous to my request for an exchange. Fantastic Customer service.!

Great product delivered next working day, what more would anyone want

I've had experience of using these boards previously although they were sourced from Germany. They are excellent to use and very productive in using them. I've used them to eliminate thermal bridges around window and door reveals - an excellent product for this work! The whole experience was good from ordering to delivery a very good service!

Quick to respond to my initial email query. When I ordered, the order was shipped that day and delivered the following day. Very pleased with Nassboards.

I don't found anywhere saying what tiles you can use with this liner, trap chanel fix in it's not ajestable 10 mm to the top,with 10 mm tiles can get nice finish. Trap connection don't fix perfect to any standart size.
