Hi dear, I recently purchased a 1 ml injector from you, but unfortunately I experienced a serious issue during use. I was only able to inject 0.2 ml before I had to stop for look if the product come out of the needle. When I removed the injector from my skin and pressed on it slightly to check if the liquid was flowing properly, the needle suddenly detached and flew across the room, and the remaining product (about 0.8 ml) spilled out immediately.and the top of injector broke immediately ( I am lucky that was not in my skin at this moment)...

It appears the needle was not securely attached or the injector was defective, which made it impossible to use the product as intended. This was not caused by mishandling on my part, and I was very surprised by how easily the needle came off.

Because of this issue, I lost nearly the entire product and was unable to complete the procedure and my lips are asymmetric now.

I would appreciate it if you could offer either:

A replacement, or

A refund for the lost product.
