Out standing experience, was our first visit to MG motors, cars look and feel fantastic. Your salesman Christian explained everything that we needed to know and be aware of.

It was a great experience buying our new car from Nathaniel Cars! We really appreciated the warm welcome at the store. The best part was their out-of-hours chat service, which made things so convenient Dylan from the online team helped us book our test drive for the ZS.

When we visited the showroom, Damien took the time to understand our needs especially our shift from manual to automatic as a new driver and recommended the MG3, which turned out to be the perfect choice. The test drive went smoothly, and we were really happy with the car’s performance.

Shane made the delivery process seamless on Monday, 10th November, guiding me through the paperwork and patiently explaining all the car’s features.

Overall, a wonderful and hassle-free experience highly recommend Nathaniel Cars Cardiff for their professionalism and friendly service

Driving 37 years and this is my first Brand New Car.
And Christian & the Nathaniel car has made it an excellent journey from the time we stepped in to the showroom till picking up the car with a follow on call to make sure everything was ok.
We entered the store and it was nice to see a range of cars from those we could afford to those we dream of.
This was great as we could see what we were hoping to buy, what is actually in the car for the price.
We were welcomed by Christian who was polite and let us go on our browse of cars, but he was always close by for any questions and not anyone one point was any pressure put on us to steer us in any direction.
This was a refreshing change to be free to explore the cars features.
We chose a test drive for the following day, arrived early just to check over the car again to make sure our decision was right.
Went for a successful test drive and on return we sat down and went thru paperwork to put a deposit down.
We were told we could have the car by the end of the week, but i had to change that day and bring it forward by 1 day to which was no issue with Christian.
On the day of collection, we were allowed to review the car alone just to make sure we were happy with our choice and we had no issues.
We then went to do the paperwork, Christian did explain that he has to go thru the aftersales packages and once again, no pressure but all explained.
I did hit a snag with my Bank getting authorisation for the payment, this was a staggering 41 minutes, Christian supplied me with the info i needed and he waited patiently till it got authorised.
But it's great that other staff are happy to interact with you, but no get involved with the deal, but will happily answer questions.
As it was my first new car experience, i could have not asked or expected anymore from Christian or any of the Nathaniel Cars staff.

First time buying a car in 12 years, at my age possibly the last! Showroom - very pleasant surroundings - no pressure from salesman. After looking at various models,test drive organised for next day. Quickly reorganized when weather forecast was awful. Decided on nearly new lo mileage MG 3 hybrid that was delivered promptly from another location for examination and a further test drive prior to completing purchase. All done in a couple of visits including trading in the old car without too much pain

Friendly staff, very helpful, followed up with phone calls when thry said they would, can't fault them
