Very helpful at point of sale

Before I bought my vehicle I test drove the model twice was told take your time enjoy the experience, I then picked my car placed my deposit and collected the next day with 6 months tax added and £15 fuel very gd service by the staff. Would recommend to everyone 👍

Showroom staff could not do enough for me in every way possible, from going through the vehicle details to even making me a cup of tea whilst going through the paperwork required, would happily send anyone there for the level of service received.

Allowed time to look around, Friendly team. Overall very good service and informative.

Rob was very helpful with the purchase of the car and explained everything to me exactly. Excellent service.

Phoned Nathaniel cars on Friday 7th Feb I spoke to Gwyn the sales person about an mg5, he asked if I could come over on Monday and he would show me a car and go through anything I wanted to know, I arrived at the the designated time on the Monday, and Gwyn was brilliant, he showed me a car, explained the vehicle thoughly, we the discussed my part exchange, and agreed a price, he arranged the car to be at Cwmbran for me to see which I did, I was happy with the car and bought it, all through the process Gwyn was brilliant, explaining all the details fully, he was very patient throughout the whole purchase, I would definitely buy from Gwyn again and refer any one to Nathaniel car sales Cwmbran
