Chris took us on the test drive and explained every thing patiently. Gwyn made the ordering process easy and when the car was available for collection, the handover was good. The only negative was whilst waiting for the car, the progress report could if been better because when our previous car (Kia Sportage) was being ordered, we received regular reports and had access to Kias website to review the progress.
But after all that, we are very pleased with car - i thought the Kia was good but the MG HS is better!

MG wasn't my car of choice but after going out for a test drive I was won over.
Terry Christopher initially dealt with me which he did an awesome job. I went away to have a think about it and once I had decided that the MG was for me I returned to Nathaniel's, Terry was too busy to deal with me so Colin Snook stepped in to take care of me. Colin patiently showed me all the tech that the MG offered and there's a lot of tech.
Colin talked me through the finance, servicing and warrant and a week later I picked up my MG ZS Hybrid Trophy.

Shocking experience at Nathaniel cars Bridgend this evening!! Test drove an MG HS which was a very nice car, came back to a very rude sales man to tell us he would only be able to offer us £7k for our car which is worth more than that. Didn’t even attempt to try and get us deal, after me saying I wouldn’t accept that for our car he proceeded to tell us that we were miles apart in price and wouldn’t help us.

Would never recommend to go here!!

Very friendly and professional and not pushy when I visited Cwmbran to look at cars. I ended up buying a car that covers more than my expectations and the handover when I picked up my new car was made even better by the salesman sitting in the car and explaining the controls and how to get the best out of my MG ZS Hybrid +. I would recommend 100% from my own personal experience with the garage and the help from Rob and his team in my purchase.Very pleased.

I knew what I wanted before I came to the showroom, so that made it easier for all!
The Salesperson, Gwyn Evans, took me through the options, what would be included in the cost etc. All done with professionalism and friendliness.
Taking out a similar model for a test drive was no problem.
The whole experience was a relaxed one with no pressure to buy a car.
Collection was easy, a different Sales Person, but he had the same approach and went through the details of the car explaining and answering all my questions.

I've bought many cars over the years from different dealers, but the service I received here at the Bridgend branch made me decide that when I do wish to trade in this one in, they'll be my first go-to. From the start of test driving 4 cars/ discussing suitable options within my budget, and trading in my current car, the whole team were kind, patient, and offered us tea & coffee every visit and a full talk-through of the car on collection day.
