What a pity that the new site is so useless after the old one being so informative and interactive. I have for the first time in years missed draws as messages about my numbers ending etc have stopped PLUS the new site is so unpleasant to navigate whereas the old one was perfectly simple and user friendly. It really spoils the experience all together - sad

The most ridiculous upgrade’ I’ve ever experienced - it’s been designed with no understanding of functionality and feel. Compared to the previous site this is simply dreadful. No reminders about tickets - no logic in the way your bought tickets are displayed. There is simply no logic in the design and it’s a wonder example of change for changes sake. There’s should be a minus star rating on Trust Pilot.

Utterly useless. The people responsible for this app & website should be unemployed for the rest of their lives. No saved numbers, website/app frequently unavailable, painfully childish UI. Appalling.

Hint: If 97% of your reviews are 1 star, you're doing something [nearly everything] wrong. You are an utter disgrace of a company & must be losing millions for the good causes who rely on you. You should be stripped of the Lottery franchise.

Whoever made your previous website .. get them back. And while you're at it, fire whoever decided it needed changing. I thought I was being pedantic but no, it's objectively worse in almost every way.

Oh and BTW, the decision to auto tick both draw dates is absolute scum behaviour.. isn't that a 'negative option'.. aren't they illegal?

Absolutely rubbish. Trouble logging in and delays in purchasing tickets.

Since the National Lottery added another 10 balls, it has been a disaster for players.
We never win anything now, but before always a small win and occasionally a £30 & even £90.
Now on rare occasions it is £2.50,or a lucky dip. So in fact you have actually won nothing because that is what it cost to buy the ticket. It needs a total overhaul and perhaps lots more prizes of a few hundred. Feeling very disappointed but I doubt anyone cares.

After a month still can't update my expired debit card.
Surely this company should be sacked.

My phone caller indicator says National Laundry. I called the help line who said 'its OK it happens a lot'. This happened when I was trying to change my password. Not very reassuring security wise.

The new app is unbelievably rubbish the way it stores tickets shows results it doesn’t send you notifications that your tickets have run out, so poor designed by an amateur

Tried to buy ticket so did hubby seperately , card info correct previously done by bank transfer. Nothing working payment declined. Must be losing a fortune with these new changes

Why change it? I cant find what tickets are live and if I have to buy more!!!
Not user friendly, nothing to say tickets have finished, ive gone a couple of weeks thinking I was "in it to win it" and the tickets had come to an end. Not in date order for all your tickets now. Too much scrolling.

Had to make my own reminder to setup my monthly payment as the new "improved???" website doesn't have that functionality. Went to login and select my tickets for the coming 4 weeks and they are having trouble logging me in!@#£#@ Absolutely atrocious.

Website turned from useable to utterly crap. Takes 15 mins to do anything. All favourite numbers have been lost, not ideal where anything is, even paying is harder. Why why why?

Last month I reviewed that the experience was exasperating and less than pleasant. A month on and the website is still unfit for purpose. I hope someone somewhere is taking note. I'll see what difference the next month makes.

How much money is this company holding on to in accounts people can not access because they cannot get on the website. Who do we contact to get our money back. It is a scandal

Apparently won £30 on the lottery. Nearly 2 weeks later, haven't received a penny. These rip off merchants are quick to take your money. But just won't pay anything out. I've now closed my online account and no longer play the lottery. Someone once described the lottery as a tax on idiots.

I use a PC for my lottery tickets. It is appallingly slow to load and hiccups all the time. Got to the point where I select it and then leave it for ten minutes in order to play. Absolutely useless.

I cannot access my online app after it was updated. It states connection issues & Ive tried everything. This is not the first time Ive had this problem but this time its on both phone & tablet. As I cannot access the app I can't ask for help . Ive also money stuck on my account , I cannot use. It's not beneficial to online players for this to keep happening. Id just like my money back so I can delete the app & forget about this abysmal service.

Utterly crap. Upgrade?? What a joke. App is appalling. Do not waste your money on this nonsense
