They guys at IVA help were nothing but great. Understanding, clear and very helpful they made a very stressful time that little bit easier. They done all the leg work and have got my in to a position where I’m able to manage my payments and start to move forward in life.

Well a few weeks ago it took a lot for me to call this number months years and thank god I ended with the most helpful kind reassuring man Steve I can’t thank him enough step by step was on the other end of the phone even late at night when I had the knocks on the door thanks to Steve I can now sleep at night and enjoy been at home I never can say thank you enough for been so patient with me

After a less than great experience with a similar company, I was reluctant to start the process again. I contacted This Company in dispair as my Credit Card Debt was spirraling out of control. I spoke with a guy called Chris who assured me he would do everything to assist and this he done. I had a great experience with this company I dealt with Andy and from the moment he took my call put me at ease explained everything I needed and answered all questions giving me WhatsApp to message at any point also was fully understanding when I had issues getting all information to him and also kept me informed fully through the whole process , not only was he professional he was polite , understanding and went at a pace that wasn’t pressured and made the whole process seem less from start to finish .

After worrying for so long about my financial struggles I nervously contacted IVA not 100% sure on what to expect.
I was put in contact with a gentleman called James who was amazing from start to finish. He offered me help, support & guidance throughout. He wasn’t judgemental at all, in fact the complete opposite. James made me feel at ease, contact was brilliant, fast and efficient. I couldn’t ask for more he has made me realise there is light at the end of the tunnel. My case started on 18th February 2026 and I have just had it confirmed my IVA has been approved 16th march 2026!! Thank you James and your team at IVA. Very very grateful.

Donna was extremely kind and helpful over the phone. She was very sensitive during a difficult conversation. It's very stressful being in financial difficulties and I had a sense of shame but she was compassionate and understanding. She explained the options available to me for my outstanding debts then set the wheels in motion to set up my IVA. Follow up call from company explained monthly payment scheme and period of time it would take to settle my debt.He advised me to contact them ASAP if I wasn't able to make a payment on set date so they could support me through this. Fortunately I've been making regular payments and have an end in sight when I'll be free.
It's such a weight off your shoulders to know there's a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Sleepless nights and anxiety became a thing of the past. Amazing company, would thoroughly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dealing with James baker who guided me through the IVA process. This was something I was very anxious about actioning due to personal reasons, but immediately I felt supported- motivated and professionally navigated to find a positive financial outcome. James is a credit to his employer and a fantastic human being more importantly. I was in a total mess financially and my stress levels with totally out of control.. panic had set in after many years just struggling on .. I finally reached out for help and I found it in Andrew Sahami - he was just brilliant- totally professional, understanding and above all kind.He talked me through everything (probably twice as I wasn’t thinking straight) gave me all my options and explained absolutely everything… no waffling no selling no pressure- just calm and a real person … he understood that I was stressed and genuinely cared .
