I cannot rate this company enough.
From start to finish I spoke to the same person who was so helpful and very understanding.. The process was easy and everything was explained in detail and sorted out very quickly. I would highly recommend.

I can’t thank these people enough the help they have given me is out of this world so fast and stress free it’s a weight lifted off my shoulders if anyone needs any help I would highly recommend here

I rang up a couple of weeks ago and was completely stressed and overwhelmed about my situation, after speaking to James on the phone I was left at ease knowing he was doing anything he could to help and to get me back on track! Such a lovely company and I’d be lost with out the help I’ve received of James and continue to do so on my hornets with IVA help! Thank you

I rang up after work the other day, completely stressed and worried about my situation and after speaking to Andy on the phone, I already felt such relief. He really took the time to explain everything in detail to me and listen to my circumstances with great empathy and compassion, at no point did I feel judged or looked down upon. I would highly recommend and if you ever get Andy on the phone, I truly believe you are in great hands. Can't recommend them enough.

Following a stroke and a long time not working I got myself into debt. I was too scared to contact tge people I owed money and it escalated. I had to bite the bullet and try and get some help. I contacted this company. Not once did I feel ashamed. The lady I felt with was amazing. Kind caring and understanding. After a few phonecalls and sending a few documents, it was all sorted. The relief I felt could not be described I'm words. I cant express my gratitude. I can start having a worry free life. If anyone needs help. Don't give it second thought. One call. And this amazing company will help in every way possible. If there was a higher rating than 5. They would get it from me. Thank you again for everything this company has done for me.

If I could have given this review more stars I would have. This is my second review, because I reviewed this company at the start of the IVA process. Their help and support was amazing, then. And has continued to be amazing throughout. I started this journey using a different company, and it was chaos, mayhem, and non-stop anxiety. Im talking, mental-breakdown-level, anxiety. After the stress i was under, I called IVA help Ltd to seek help and Nichola answered. And am I glad she did. What an angel. Truly. She took on my case, and what the other company couldn't achieve in 6 weeks, Nichola helped me with, in a few short hours. She contacted relevant people to determine how things lay for me and then applied for breathing space for me whilst the IVA process was going through (which literally lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders). She was honest, open and had a real passion to help me. She did all the hard work. She was available to answer my questions, it didn't matter the day or time, she replied!!! She didn't rest until my case was sorted. And it is now sorted. 🎉
This process was straightforward (for me anyway) I didn't have to do anything other than provide the information they needed (which was simple to get hold of) and give permission for Nichola to act on my behalf). Honestly, this company (particularly Nichola) have stopped me from sinking and have given my children their mum back!! Thankyou. Eternally grateful.

Andy made everything so easy and manageable! He did all the leg work, keeping in contact when needed and a really friendly and helpful attitude. I feel soooo much better now iv finally got my finances on track! The weight has gone.

I contacted IVA HELP when I was in desperate need of help. I spoke with steve who right from the beginning was absolutely brilliant even though I doubted what he was saying. I was very cynical at first and didnt trust that the whole thing was real but steve assured me that they were here to help. I now have 1 monthly payment that's affordable to me and after they contacted my creditors on my behalf IVA have helped me to see a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. It has been an easy process as IVA have done all the hard work. Please dont stress and worry, give them a call if you feel you can't manage your debt and they'll help if they can
