Great service
Great service, fitted well, no problems on day of fitting, any questions answered by staff and approachable.
Only issue would be my original appointment got cancelled and rebooked several days later, created an inconvenient delay, which effected my work schedule and access to a car. Due to the delay that happened and the rebooking of the original appointment planned. Otherwise 5 stars would have been given.

Technician damaged both top trims and…
Technician damaged both top trims and left without notifying me. A week later part of the trim was hanging off.
Waiting for the area manager to contact me.
I have let customer services know and waiting for a response!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Canceled an hour before the appointment then rescheduled it for eleven days later. Left me without a car.
I rang head office and they were gong to get the local branch manager to ring me, he never did.
Local branch would not answer the phone so there was nothing I could do.
They have your business automatically through the insurance company so don’t need to do customer service as you can’t go elsewhere.

Damaged to trim
Nice guys. Screen fitted but the plastic trim pillars in my £21,000 van were forced back on in incorrectly and are damaged. They are no longer safely attached as the fastening clips are now damaged. Tried yo call the shop to discuss but number not accepting calls.
I’m not very happy about it and would really like it fixed/ replaced.

Disappointed and lost a full day at work
Booked a morning slot between 8am and 1 pm and had taken the morning off work as they were due to arrive at my home address. No show all morning then received a call at 1.10pm saying they believe I had an appointment this afternoon. I explained I had booked a morning appointment but no apology. Then informed they could not come to my address as it had started to rain. Outcome was I had to cancel meetings in the afternoon and take my car to them losing a full days pay. The work itself was completed well when it was eventually done.

Great staff, poor appointment booking system
The staff were great and my windscreen was replaced in an hour when I eventually got it done. However, the mishap on their system that meant my initial appointment didn't go ahead at home and the need to travel out to the premise due to rain was a hassle and lead to an extra week and a half with a chipped windscreen.
