Good service at Carlisle
The windscreen guy was polite, knowledgeable and gave me confidence.
Car was ready on time and left clean and tidy with no damage.
All related functions (lane assist, wipers, headlamps etc.) are working perfectly.
No change in wind noise or anything else.
The only thing telling me the screen had been replaced was the absence of the big chip and crack in it!

Mechanic had trouble removing rear wiper on Citroen Berlingo. Didn't want to break. My husband removed it and it broke. Husband finished job later by fitting new wiper and fitting clips.

Told me I need to take to garage and buy a new rear windscreen motor and have installed at my cost because the puller on van was inadequate/fit for purpose.
Removed blade myself in time to complete the installation.
