ok but more care needed.
No issue with the new screen or booking process but my Audi was left very dirty. There were many dirty footprints left on the sills and carpets, which had been clean before and obviously there had been no attempt to vacuum the dashboard to remove the glass splinters and dust created by the fitting of the new screen.

Booking made for an AM appointment then…
Booking made for an AM appointment then couple of days before you get an email confirmation saying it’s PM . Not very helpful for planning your life. Staff onsite on day very helpful and I made a call ahead of time to the manager who was very helpful. Main feedback is if you book an AM slot you should get that. Work completed was good no issues with the replacement screen.

First day of booking car in for…
First day of booking car in for replacement window screen they move the slot 2 hrs later.
Took car in and they said they couldn't do it because of no screen in stock.
Promised call back nothing said they'd chase it up by asking manager. No call the second day.
Called up 3rd day still not chased up.
Was told by employee it could still be driven even though when I looked on line and it's a 2,500 fine and 3 points on your licence if police stop you.
I'm actually surprised the employees give out this advice to be honest.
It's not something I intend to chance.
Problem is the insurance uses this company!
Still have no use of car! Absolute joke!
Yes could you look into this please.
