The service I received was excellent
The service I received was excellent. I was kept fully informed before and during the work, and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Work to replace the screen was carried out at the Coventry service centre.

Disappointing
Well the new windscreen is good. The service was on time as promised. Unfortunately the auto dip on the headlights is no longer working. I don't have time to take the car back as I don't work in Coventry and cannot be without my car for half a day. I managed to get the windscreen done at the end of a holiday when I had a spare day before I was back at work. I don't have a phone number for the branch so can't ring them. So I guess I will have to live with it. It is a pity they can't simply get it right.
